Stayed here for a weekend away and after getting our room keys we walked in and someone else was in our room already but it wasn't updated on the system - a shock to us and them. But the staff and manager at the time were extremely apologetic and rectified the issue quickly, also provided a free breakfast. I always...

We spent a 3 days here and it was very comfortable and the apartment we stayed in was better than I expected. It looked recently renovated. The cafes and restaurants were all in walking distance but if you want more choice Nelson Bay is only 5 mins by car. The staff were also friendly and helpful so I will definitely...

We stayed in the studio apartments. 1 king size bedroom. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. My main grip was there were no fly screens on any windows. It was extremely stuffy as we didn't want to leave any windows open at night. It could have done with air con in bedroom. No fly screens in a top rated resort. A...

Booked 4 rooms for 17 lady's for one night! 2 rooms were at the end of the resort with 4 single beds with a small kitchenette with views of nothing but a extra small patio! The other 2 rooms were in the middle of the resort next to the spa with beautiful views and bedrooms! Massive kitchen with ensuite to...

I always leave positive feedback but this time unfortunately I can't. We stayed for a one night getaway and we were extremely disappointed! We stayed in a room over the back with no option to sit outside as the very small courtyard was extremely dirty, mould in the bathroom probably due to no exhaust fan, stains all over the lounge...

Best location in town. Everybody was very polite and willing to assist. Thoroughly enjoyed the daily morning swim/spa, days of sun, sand , clear waters and dolphins, and then a late afternoon Champagne with one of the most beautiful views in town.
