I had the misfortune of staying here a few days ago and, from my experience, the place is best avoided. My small room was extremely over priced for what is was (or wasn't). The 'view' was of the roof of the next residence. I had to carry my luggage up stairs and there was no hand-rail. (although staff did help me). We had booked 2 nights but after discussions with Agoda we abandoned the place and found a much better and less expensive resort on the river just out of town. Be warned!

Good location with free parking spaces. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom are small. Walkable distance to Chiang Khan Walking Street. Nice scenery beside river. Breakfast not much choice, only bread and porridge. Slightly overprice

The location is good not very far from the street market and you can just walk to everything. Still it is quiet and peaceful with the view of Maekhong River. the room is quite small but it is reasonable with the price and everything they provide you.

A bit expensive compare with service and facilities, Room is OK, bathroom is very small cant stay longer than 5 minutes its too tight! Breakfast is simple no fruits just coffee, tea, toast, and some Asian rice soup. Location is an added advantage, it is between the night market and Rim Khong river.

Location wise is quite convenient as its highlight is the night market, easy to find from the traffic light just turn to your left then take right on the 3rd street or Soi 3 lastly go straight towards the hotel. The view is at rim klong opposite of Laos. A bit pricy for a 3 Star but the room is very clean and tidy with breakfast so its kinda worth it! We had the room under the rooftop; quite cool and not warm at all as expected. Would recommend to stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful, its self service however when staff is not busy they assists you on the luggage. Hope that the governor of this area would offer more tourist place to see other than the river opposite of Laos. For coffee lovers and cake many options to choose from. As for souvenirs don't forget to get ones of the Chiang Khan T-Shirts, each shop had its own significant design. Pls don't forget to stop-by and to listen to the senior/older people that are playing thai traditional instruments on side of the road. Overall I truly enjoyed this place.…
