Stayed for a weekend in April and enjoyed an amazing couple of days at the Burnside Hotel. Service was first class throughout from the receptionist, restaurant and bar staff We enjoyed a fantastic meal in the restaurant on the Saturday night and can highly recommend the fish cakes and authentic Rogan Josh. We stayed in Room 2 and everything about the room oozed comfort and luxury. Would recommend and will definitely be staying again... congratulations to all !!

Fabulous stay. The hotel was immaculate! We could not fault it. All the staff were wonderfully friendly, professional and accommodating. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. The surroundings were lovely and it’s unusual to find somewhere so well maintained. Room was spacious, relaxed and beautifully decorated. Power shower was phenomenal! Excellent night's sleep! Breakfast had a very good choice. We had afternoon tea, which was delicious but skipped an evening meal/snack as we were still full. We will return very soon to enjoy our stay with evening meal, as it smelt delicious!

This hotel is the best I've ever stayed in in the UK. It's light, airy, fresh and just beautiful. Our room was enormous and it was lovely to wake to birdsong from the lovely wood at the back of the hotel. Everything in the hotel is of the highest standard and it is in a perfect setting just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Stratford and a five minute walk to Anne Hathaway's cottage. It's stylish and luxuriously comfortable and all of the staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food, served with skill and panache. It far exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again.

This boutique Hotel is absolutely delightful! The quality of all the linen in the bedroom and all accoutrements in the dining room are first class. Throughout the entire hotel the cleanliness is absolutely second to none. It is adorned with fresh flowers and is bright and airy. All fixtures and fittings are top of the range. The breakfast and dinner menu are very good, and the bar selection is excellent. Combine all of this with the helpfulness, extremely pleasant and friendly staff - what could be better?! It is just a £5 cab ride or a pleasant 20 minute walk into the centre of beautiful Stratford upon Avon too!

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful which made our stay enjoyable. Lovely location and 20 minutes walk from the centre of Stratford, if you take the right paths!

An excellent hotel , with exceptional touches from the villeroy and boch crockery , freshly cut flowers in the dining area, Bathrobe and slippers and other accessories with outstanding staff to match . Thank you to Mitsy , Suman ,Lucy and AJ and the young lady doing Sunday breakfast amazing customer service and you could see how proud they were to be working at this establishment. Mitsy remembered my name as I had made 2 separate bookings one for the Saturday and Sunday and welcomed us to breakfast, a very personal touch. We had dinner on our first night on Saturday and the food was delicious and to a high standard AJ organised a request for my food and had remembered Everything was freshly made . Equally breakfast omelettes were one of the best we have ever had. Suman on checkout was professional and genuinely interested in how our stay was and expressed as an independent hotel the owner really cared and we could see that in the staff and their service . It is a 20 minute walk into town, which is not long at all if you enjoy walking . We have stayed before elsewhere in Stratford this would now be our first choice for Stratford. The £5 a day for parking was no issue for us , as the room price was comparably cheaper than some of the hotels in Stratford and was of a higher standard . The parking is in a safe and secure area . Would highly recommend this hotel if you would like a personal boutique style stay , the service was impeccable and all with a smile as if nothing was too much trouble. Thank you !

Our two night stay was very pleasant. From the moment we walked in to Reception the staff were very attentive. Our room was lovely and at the back of the hotel so we had the woods to look out on and could hear the birds singing! The staff were knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfasts were good. We had dinner one evening and it was very enjoyable. The whole place has a very calm vibe. The only downside was coming out of the car park on to a busy road was tricky as there’s no visibility to the right. All in all a great place to stay.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at The Burnside Hotel. It is an amazing hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and fabulous staff. We met Suman, Minty and AJ and they were all very friendly and helpful. AJ made the best Amaretto Sours ever! The hotel is immaculate with great decor. Our room was gorgeous and so clean with everything we needed and the shower was amazing. We used the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and the food was lovely with a mix of cuisines. We will be more than happy to stay at Burnside again and for longer.
