Two friends and I stayed at Punga Cove for 2 nights in late January, 2017. We generally liked it there. The staff members were uniformly friendly and helpful. The resort itself was very nice. Prices are not cheap, but kind of expected for being in a hard to read area. We rented the Penthouse, which cost us $500 a night....

Our third visit and after the walk from Furneaux Lodge we were greeted by a wonderful Argentinian lady. She was professional and courteous and interested. Just what you need after the walk. The boatshed has been refurbished and is now more in keeping with the rest of the resort. The only downside is that after 5:30 pm your opportunities to...

A group of us stayed in the Weka and Tui Chalets after our day walk on the Queen Charlotte Track. The team at Punga Cove were extremely accomodating and very professional. The chalets were of high standard, the restaurant food/wine were amazing, the live music was fantaistic, and the cafe's cocktails were just what we needed after a long tramp....

Stayed here on night two of our Queen Charlotte track tramp. Amazing setting and excellent to be able to enjoy a glass of wine (reasonably priced) at the picturesque Boatshed Cafe! We stayed in the backpacker accomodation, located at the top of the hill. The rooms were great (we got a single room each) with good tidy facilities and stunning...

Dear guest, We were delighted to receive your comments regarding your recent visit. Your feedback is most valuable for the entire team. We apologize about the hot tub being cold, but that happens when the water is changed in the morning, so it take a little while to get to the correct temperature. We are looking forward to welcoming you...

We only stayed here for one Night while hiking the QCT. Stayed in a Tui chalet, comfortable bed and adequate for our needs. Nice hot shower. Be aware it gets cold overnight if you don't plug the heater in. The food was surprisingly delicious. Service was very friendly. Seem to be a variety of visitors who day trip there. They...

I think this was the best place during my stay in NZ. The little A-framed bungalows were located on a hillside with breathtakng views across the Marlborough Sounds, the Ponga (tree fern) all around you. You can sit on your veranda and enjoy the solitude, as the vegetation gives you privacy. We stayed up half the night, as we enjoyed...

Secluded and peaceful, stayed in a chalet surrounded by native bush. Restaurant was great with an epic view over the inlet, good food and wine and very friendly. Good spot for day walks on the Queen Charlotte's Track and accessible at the end of the road or by water taxi.

We were dropped off at Punga Cove by water taxi from near Picton - great fun in its own right - then were warmly welcomed to the hotel. We loved spending some time relaxing and reading on our balcony overlooking the beautiful and sunny Endeavour Inlet. The bar / cafe down at the quay was very chilled and served some...

We had a wonderful overnight stop there and wished we'd stayed longer. It was our second night of 'glamping' (a four day hike of the beautiful Queen Charlotte track: we walked, but our luggage took the soft option and was transported by boat each day). I was expecting simple accommodation, which is what the A-frame rooms were. The rooms were...
