Awesome place to visit, with tonnes of relaxation and downtime on offer. The property has a lot on offer, although does need a bit of maintenance, which the really nice new owners seem to be working on. The cottage was great and offered all we...More

Hi, looking for a lovely comfortable place to stay. 2 females who do not want "a romantic weekend, romantic retreat, romantic/queen bedded retreats etc etc" We are not "romantically attached" just want a few days away to enjoy the wonderful scenery on offer, go for lots of walks enjoy the fresh air and food on offer and just enjoy the moment. Why are these places always offered with "romance" as the big issue? There are a lot of people male and female ( friends) who just want to get away for a few days to recharge the battery (for want of a better description)
