Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Limassol, receives mixed feedback from its guests. While the hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms are consistently commended, with a special nod to the immaculate beaches and modern amenities, concerns are raised over the value—some guests consider the food overpriced and luxury expectations unmet. The array of amenities, including pools and dining options, is generally celebrated, though not without mention of service irregularities.
The enchanting atmosphere, accentuated by live piano music, is occasionally marred by noise. Despite some reports of inconsistent service, particularly toward non-Russian guests, many visitors speak highly of the professional and attentive staff.

This resort is simply fantastic, not only because we got an upgrade to a garden Villa with private pool, but it offers so much to the guests that you just do not want to leave. The equipment and furnishing of the villa was of very high quality and very modern. Everything could be operated on a tablet with just a tip of your finger. Bathroom and shower were amazingly big with seating possibility which is just perfect for people who struggle with reduced mobility. Pool of the villa was substantial, with tiled steps and handrail for easy entry and exit. Bedroom with comfortable bed and separate air conditioning unit. The villa also offered an eating area where we ordered and enjoyed room service which felt like you are in your own house not in a hotel but you do not have to cook by yourself. We enjoyed the extensive pool landscape, the big SPA and gym and of course the beach but to be honest, it does not offer the turquoise water and golden sand of the Agia Napa beaches but is less crowded. The personnel were very attentive and friendly and were especially helpful when we needed assistance because of reduced mobility. They offered their buggy service so we had an absolutely smooth stay and could get around the resort even though we were limited with walking. Therefore a big "Thank You" to the Parklane Staff, it was one of the best hotel stays we had and we can recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The stay was everything you would expect from a 5* hotel.
From arrival, to breakfast, by the pool and generally around the hotel and grounds we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who were on hand to assist with everything throughout the stay.
We stayed with 2 children 5 and 9 years old but did not explore the kids club areas. They were happy playing in the 2 pools, the grass areas and beach.
The hotel has been finished and furnished in a very luxurious and high quality and every area presents itself extremely well, offering lots of different seating and relaxing areas throughout inside and out.
We had breakfast which had a large selection and was always excellent. We ate in the buffet several times, the selection was not huge like other larger resorts but the quality was very good and still a large enough selection to enjoy different meals each night.
We didn’t eat in the sushi bar but did have some lovely cocktails and the sushi looked lovely.
Unfortunately Nammos was not open so we did not get to experience this but I expect this will be a lovely setting on the beach and we hope to return later in the season when it is open (it opened this week).
The pool side service was sometimes slow having to go up to the bar to order drinks and food but it always came over very quickly and the staff were all so friendly and helpful.
I used the gym a few times all the equipment is very modern, clean and well kept and there is both a main gym with cardio & weight equipment and also a separate studio with a lot of free weights, ropes, bands, matts etc.
We didn’t use the adults only area but passed through and this is also very nice and well laid out with lots of more private cabanas, different types and types of seating and loungers and we would probably use this area if we came again without the children.
All of the pool areas are well set out and as you have a large selection of loungers on the beach, grass areas and pools it never felt crowded.
There is also an excellent Watersports centre offering a full range of activities available and the beach access allows you to take a stroll along past other hotels and beach bars.
We went into Limassol several evenings and had dinner in the marina area which cost around 25 euros and the hotel called us taxis which arrived within a few minutes, these were always luxury comfortable vehicles and gave us details to call them for the return trip.
Overall the was the 5* holiday experience we were expecting and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a boutique 5* star luxury holiday.

Our stay at Park Lane was the highlight of our time in Cyprus. Such an amazing location and the facilities are first class. The pool areas are well laid out and spacious and never any problem getting sunbeds which is a real bonus as a family trying to get a number of beds together. The service by the pool was outstanding, staff constantly on the lookout if you needed anything and very intuitive, they seem to know when you wanted another drink, and empty glasses and food dishes cleared away immediately. The kids club here is the best we have ever experienced and the staff were like angels. The rooms here are modern and spacious and uber-luxurious and the room attendants were amazing - so patient and nothing was too much trouble, especially with messy kids! The restaurants and eateries here are in general flawless both for food quality and service. Breakfast is too good to be true in that we tried not to eat too much to save room for lunch as we equally loved gallery and eating by the pool - spoiled for choice! The french restaurant was a particular favorite of the family for dinner however of all the outlets we tried it's hard to pick the top favorite as they are all so good. Importantly the service was slick, well paced and lots of availability despite the hotel clearly being very full. I suppose it is this theme that runs throughout the hotel, lots of staff so the service is very attentive. There's never even a wait at the front desk, everywhere there's staff to help and serve which is what you expect in a 5 star property - clearly the management understand that here. The spa and gym are first rate with top notch modern equipment, and the treatments were sublime. We liked the fact there was a paddle court as well, keeping up with current trends. Thasnkfully the concierge team here are knowledgable and helped us plan a day out perfectly. Special mention to Swapnil who is amazing, such a kind person and so talented. Niko also, she is another example of exceptional service provider, from the heart. Chanelle in the spa manages everything so perfectly, Amira and Michallis and the front desk area were so kind in sorting a few minor issues and giving us local knowledge to make the most of our stay. All in all this is a very well managed, very well staffed property where nothing is too much trouble, in those aspects, Anassa, whilst amazing in some ways, could learn a thing or two from that. Thank you to all at Park Lane, we will be back as our first choice in Cyrpus now.

The Parklane Resort & Spa is a 5-star luxury retreat situated along the southern coastal strip of Cyprus, between Larnaca and Paphos, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. As part of Marriott International's Luxury Collection, the resort endeavors to uphold high standards of luxury and service. However, my experience revealed a focus predominantly on Russian guests, with most staff members speaking fluent Russian and a level of service that falls short of the expectations for a property within the Luxury Collection. The resort features 222 rooms, 34 luxury suites, and 18 villas, with interior design by Studio Harrods from London. Initially, I was offered a room that was unfortunately dirty, prompting a room change. My stay in a Superior Sea View King Room on the fifth floor offered a 38-square-meter space with a king-sized bed, work desk, flat-screen TV, complimentary WiFi, Nespresso coffee machine, and a minibar. The bathroom boasted double sinks, a separated toilet, a rain shower or rain shower/bathtub combination, and Byredo toiletries. The furnished balcony provided views over the resort, sea, and Limassol city, although part of the pool area was closed for renovation. Breakfast at the Lanes restaurant, while offering an impressive buffet selection, suffered from a department store atmosphere due to closely spaced seating and lack of room dividers. The dinner buffet and à la carte offerings were underwhelming, particularly on New Year's Eve, when no special dishes were served. During my stay, only the Lanes Restaurant, La Petite Maison, and The Gallery were open, with pricing being ambitious for Cyprus. The resort’s dining options include Italian at Il Teatro, Pan-Asian at The Gallery, Mediterranean at Nammos Limassol, French Riviera-inspired dishes at La Petite Maison, and light snacks by the pool at Vithos. ParkFit at Parklane Limassol features a state-of-the-art gym, an indoor pool, sauna, ice fountain, and showers. The Kalloni Spa offers thalassotherapy treatments, five pools, and luxurious Russian banya suites. Guests can enjoy three outdoor pools and a pristine 300-meter sandy beach. The luxurious villas and the Park Tower offer upscale residences with spacious designs and access to the resort's facilities. Sports enthusiasts will find tennis courts, a mini football pitch, and a padel court. Despite the resort’s expansive amenities and elegant design, the service and dining experiences did not meet the refined standards expected of a Luxury Collection property, making it clear that The Parklane Resort & Spa focuses primarily on catering to its Russian clientele.

We have just come back from our 3rd stay at Parklane in Limassol. We love it there so much we keep coming back. Massive thanks to all of the staff who make this place so wonderful, from the moment you arrive you feel well looked after. Huge thank you to the fantastic staff in the Kalloni Spa, I got in contact with them before we arrived and Chanelle and Katerina could not be more helpful organising our treatments, their communications were so prompt and it was really appreciated. When we got into the Spa itself the amazing Eniko remembered us from previous and is always so warm and friendly. Maria helped us check in for our appointments and was also incedibly welcoming and friendly. Lala is an incredible therapist and did an amazing Thai foot massage and therapeutic massage (as a massage therapist myself I know the difference between a massage and a great massage and Lala was fantastic) Alina did a hot stone treatment which was absolute bliss. During our trip we also did the thalassotherapy which we have done every time we visit and I highly recommend! Dinner at Nammos, il Teatro and LPM were all fantastic and again down to the staff who are so good, the breakfast staff are so lovely too, smiling, polite, helpful and always want to make the customer happy and give them a nice experience. Special thanks also to the pool/towel attendants, and waiting staff who looked after while we relaxed, they really take care of everyone one so much. A special mention of Ernesta who works on around the pool was so sweet and attentive and we were grateful for her hospitality while we stayed. We literally have the best time at Parklane, its an impeccable hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are exquisite and the finer details such as the turn down service, water restocked daily, every toiletry/bathroom item you could need make this place somewhere we will keep coming back to. Parklane WE LOVE YOU ❤️

This is a very stylish resort hotel which is quite isolated from central Limassol but has a lot to offer its guests.
There's valet parking available but we found it easy enough to park right outside the hotel as we were staying out of season. Unfortunately, staying out of season meant there was a lot of maintenance work underway, with two of the outdoor pools and surrounding areas being shut for maintenance which we were not informed about prior to our arrival.
Our check-in experience was excellent. We were offered several upgraded rooms but settled for a superior king with sea view. The room had lots of nice touches - including a glass panel in the bathroom which turned opaque at the touch of a button - and a very comfortable bed.
The indoor pool was supposed to be heated but quite a few people were complaining about it being too cold. This never troubled us personally as we were acclimatised to swimming in the sea. The hotel also has an excellent gym and studio area with complimentary classes and great staff. And there's the renowned Kalloni Spa which unfortunately we did not have time to utilise on this occasion.
There were a few hiccups with room service failing to deliver items we ordered or the wrong items. We tried sushi from the sushi bar, which was only average. That said, the extensive buffet breakfast - with made-to-order egg, juice and coffee stations - was very good indeed with lots of traditional items available.
We will definitely stay at the hotel again in season when hopefully all the facilities will be available.

Positive: Excellent breakfast! Spacious rooms! Excellent live piano music! Negative: I believe the stair spaces for the ones that do not use the elevator should be decorated or at least be painted or sth. Once you enter the stairs you feel like you are in a hospital! Very disappointing feeling! Also when you book the room for 3 adults and you already pay, you get an email to pay 100€ for the 3rd adult if is 18+. However when you pay the 100€, you expect that the 3rd adult should have all the facilities in the room as well. But, No!!! The bed was a sofa bed which was no comfortable, and amenities in the room where for 2 adults only. We spent 1 night so we did not want to make any complaints at the moment and ruin the day by having the staff to go in out of our room. No comfortable pillows! Also the room was not very clean as expected!!

A very average stay…amazed to see all the 5 star reviews to be honest.
The hotel itself is a nice set up, the rooms are lovely, pools nice and the kids club is really good for younger ones, but the hotel service, cleanliness and most of the food is a total let down…and let’s be honest that’s what makes a hotel great! This hotel feels like a 4 star.
The main pool food and drink service is non existent. Same with towels and help with umbrellas. Don’t come here expecting luxury and attentive service. The hotel is a total contradiction, it has high end luxury stores like Dior, has an LPM restaurant, yet just can’t do service, doesn’t have experienced staff and needs to work on its cleanliness.
We gave feedback on our first two evening meals to the hotel, but I’m not entirely sure they were that bothered at all.
We didn’t return to either the buffet or IL Teatro as both were poor in quality. When we were chatting with others round the pool they also had similar experiences with many of the restaurants.
Nammos was probably the best out of the restaurant offerings…food was tasty, But service was poor. Also worth saying that Nammos has very loud music at the weekends and some pretty interesting characters entering the hotel for the ‘party’. Watching them leave drunk and rowdy next to my children wasn’t too pleasing, or going for a walk along the beach there, with durex packages and even excrement…classy!
LPM, food was good. Service really poor again and with a sprinkle of arrogance thrown in on the side.
On a positive, the gallery sushi was lovely!
Pools are nice, the main pool is large but the only time we saw a lifeguard active was when he was putting the ‘not on duty’ board out at 7pm. There are apparently two lifeguards, one stands by the slide area half heartedly. If something happened in the pool it definitely wouldn’t be the lifeguards helping. Plus they seem to close the kids slide for the majority of the day, opening it up at 3pm…presumable the lifeguards are too busy :)
The hotel connivence store has a great selection, but beware if you run out of sun tan lotion, it will cost you €65+ for a bottle and the woman in the store is possibly the most unfriendly and rude person I’ve met in a while.
I could go on…the hotel has the potential, but it needs to take a hard look at itself (minus the arrogance) and admit it has its issues.

As a family of 4, we have stayed in different resorts across and in particular have visited both Sani and Ikos in Greece on numerous occasions however in this instance as our children are a little nit older we decided we could try something different that would also allow us to eat at different restaurants outside of the hotel.
We were recommended to the hotel via a friend and our travel agent also said its very good, we looked it up online and whilst the photos looked decent, we decided to go with it........all I will say is the existing photos online don't do the resort justice!
When we arrived, unfortunately my case didn't and the hotel were great, we had an apple tag in it and they were chasing up for it to help get it here quicker once we knew it had arrived in the country.
The reception staff, the concierge, the pool people, the restaurant staff, throughout everyone was a pleasure to deal with and so accommodating. I had a run in with a lady in the shop by the pool about a pair of goggles that snapped within 24 hours (I am not even sure this is part of the hotel), however she saw common sense and backed down and agreed to replace them.
The rooms were lovely and big (we have stayed at Four Seasons before and we went to eat there and look at the rooms), we were delighted we made the right choice as the rooms (interconnecting we had) were more spacious and felt much nicer.
I have seen people moan that the pool needs repairing, there are a few small tiles out and some mastic needed down the middle, however how can the hotel do that in the middle of Summer, it would shut the pool for a number of days, this does not stop anyone's enjoyment and caused us no issues what so ever.
The Sushi restaurant just by the reception is off the charts, this is some of the best Sushi we have ever eaten and was the best by far. There are lots of other delicious restaurants onsite including LPM, the only one we felt was not worth it was the evening buffet that we went to once and decided it was over priced for what it was. In fairness to the hotel, I did raise this with them and they were extremely appreciative and took action which was very much appreciated.
Sometimes during the day as Nammos Beach club was just downstairs to the pool and every so often the music was buzzing and it gave a great vibe around the pool.
We went to a number of other restaurants that were all a cab ride away and what we would do was ask the hotel to arrange a cab for us to take us to the place (which I normally paid for on card, although on a couple of occasions i could put this on my room) and then we would use the app Bolt to bring us back to the hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone with kids and we will be going back again in the future
