Stayed here for two nights in a boutique villa as I was attending a wedding here on the Saturday. Room was comfortable, bed firm without being hard and gave a good night's rest. Quiet location which was lovely. Bathroom a little on the small side, but main area roomy enough. No wifi in the room, but it does tell you...

I have booked Lake View Villas almost 9 months in advance thru Agoda website. As one of the villas was a birthday gift for my relatives who came to visit from Germany, I booked early to get what I wanted plus to avoid disappointment not getting what I wanted. On the check in I specifically asked the receptionis if I've...

My husband and I stayed here for five nights this week and really enjoyed our stay but it could have been so much better. This resort has everything going for it but not taken care of enough. The laundry, a great idea for travellers, was dirty and swimming in water until I complained about it then they did mop it....

We stayed in a budget Chalet. It was perfect for us. Had a nice kitchenette, that we didn't need to use as we were only there for one night. The bathroom small, but adequate. The only thing I didn't like in the bathroom was the glass shelf that wasn't fixed, it just slides in and out of the slide holders,...

I was here six years ago and was satisfied but the place has become very tired since then. We had a two bedroom unit, the queen bed was comfortable, the pillows lumpy. The 10 and 13 yr olds found the bunk beds upstairs very uncomfortable but loved the little balcony. They enjoyed the bouncing "beds", loved the heated pool and...

Had a fun time here as there are some great activities to do with the kids- Swiss village, mini golf and local fauna. Restaurant handy. Swimming pool dated and spa cold (29 degrees) Think this hotel is in cost saving mode. Towels old and ripped, toiletries provided are budget, rooms dated with hooks broken and basic features. Needs some TLC...

I stayed in a chalet with my family of 5. It had plenty of space and was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. The indoors heated pool was a hit with the kids, though the spa didn't look or smell especially clean. This and the gym are free to use but the other activities are all at an extra cost,...

I have lived in the Launceston area for about 20 years and occasionally feel the need to visit this place. However, after the most recent experience I doubt I will be returning anytime soon. The mini golf course looks like it has not been touched since I visited it 15 years ago. The turf is worn and pulling up. There...
