My husband, son and I stayed for 2 nights, we chose this location to be near to family. Our room was large and quiet, the beds were very comfortable. We could open our windows to let in fresh air which was a bonus. We had the full buffet breakfast each morning which was plentiful and delicious, the decor in the...

Nice Tudor style building sprawling across the site. Clean and tidy with happy friendly staff. The restaurant is pleasant with a good menus and although my rump steak for dinner was as tough as leather, apparently it was due to a new supplier, they made amends with an appropriate discount which I didn't ask for. We had a spacious room...

We thought we would have breakfast, however when going to the resturaunt the waitress said that they had no room for us. We were only 3 people and there was plenty of tables. She said a bus load of people were "coming in 5 mins." I phoned up and spoke to the manager. He said that the bus load had...

I stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute. Was able to drop off my luggage in my room before check in time. Secure undercover parking. I had a balcony room that overlooked the pool, so was able to safely open the sliding door for fresh air. I prefer that, than air conditioning. The room was large and very clean....

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was located on the ground floor and was very quiet at night. The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were suitably comfortable. Lovely established gardens to sit and relax in the shade. Good location and access.

We chose this hotel due to its high ratings and convenient location. A lesson was definitely learnt. When we checked in the receptionist was great, she couldn't be nicer. That is where it all ended. We went to our room and found we had an adjoining door, the soundproofing none existing. The none existence confirmed by the screaming of the...

Our room was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, clean and very spacious. The bed was really comfy with nice pillows. The bathroom was big and well equipped with a walk-in shower, lots of room to be able to spread everything out on the huge vanity and great lighting. The staff member on Reception was very helpful and welcoming. Parking was nice...

Stayed Christmas eve until the 30th the food was very good always hot and tastefully presented. The room service was fair no milk one day no tea bags another and no sugar another. Loved the pool and my granddaughter's swam in it with me and staff very kind and courtesy. I would recommend that a mat or rail be placed...
