Desk staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and basic. However access to the room via steps to front landing is not clear and partly covered with vegetation. Unit air conditioner was a "wall rattler" in need of replacement. TV coverage minimal and WiFi an extra cost ($10 in 2016). Staff not very conversant with local eateries or walking...

Nothing nicer after a long tiring day than being greeted by a friendly smile and a "nothing is a problem" attitude. She was able to recommend possible places for an evening meal, with delivery possible. The room was comfortable, quiet, I had a wonderful sleep and the shower was hot, with a wonderful shower rose! Also had the makings of...

Stayed here for the convenience to the area and the room was decent. We ordered breakfast and it came on time and was quite good. The staff that we did talk to were friendly and welcoming which is always a good sign. The standard room was relative small as we needed a portacot which used up space. Main downside was...

Staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent choice for a group booking as we needed over 20 rooms with a mix of large families and 2 people. Beds were comfortable, and rooms surprisingly quiet given location next to busy highway. Pool was a winner with kids! Free parking and central to where we needed to travel each day. Would stay...

Very spacious family room with some daily servicing for this apartment style motel. Great value and location- close to major shopping centres and many local attractions. Also has a swimming pool for the hot days

The staff is very kind but the motel itself is not that special: they do not make the bed or clean and furniture is rather old. The wifi is a nightmare, you have to pay extra for basically having no service. The laundry room looks like a horror environment. Breakfast is good and custom and delivered directly to your room...

Thank you Mr Pastoemerlo for your review. When you made your booking, the room you chose was a Classic 7 Day Weekly with limited cleaning service, meaning that you would receive fresh towels and rubbish removed daily for you. We offer that rate as it is cheaper than having your room serviced daily. The options are available to view when...

We were lucky enough to find a room here at the last minute, when our other accommodation fell through. Comfortable, cozy rooms, the unexpected bonus of a spa bath, friendly staff and a quiet spot. A little out of town but only 30 minutes into the city on the freeway. Great value.

“if you're traveling as a family, they have a 2br apartment that sleeps up to 5 (one br with 2-3 singles and a second br with a double). if this room isn't shown online, call them and they will help you. It is right down the back/around the corner of the complex. reasonably priced, too! they have a pool but we didn't use it.”
