My family (2 adults and 2 young kids) stayed for 2 nights in a cabin in early April 2017. So my comments are to be taken in the context of a cabin stay, not camping (sorry, I'm too much of an urban animal). The cabin was reasonably well equipped, with kitchen utensils, linens for the double bed and a small...

We stayed at Kennett river holiday park in march. We were very excited because we'd heard great things. I must say I was very underwhelmed. The site was tiny. The toilets were very dirty most of the day. There were only two showers in our block. The tourist buses rolled in all day long to stop at the cafe (...

We camped using a camper trailer and had a terrifc spot in row A along the beach side. With the waves lapping on the sand it provided a beautiful spot to relax. The park is full of wildlife from rosellas, blue wrens to kookaburras and king parrots. There are resident koalas as well to spot amongst the gums. The park...

The site was extremely small. It was crowded and noisy. If the drunken bogans and screaming kids was not enough - masses emerged from tour buses and trekked through the campsite searching for a glimpse of a koala, photographing campers too and queuing in lines of 30 or more people for toilets. Shame really because the Kennett river beach is...

This park is a wonderful place to stop and recharge along the Great Ocean Road. We were traveling in a motor home and the park was perfect to stop and take a break, It is very family friendly and has an abundance of wildlife at your doorstop. We seen children feeding birds out of their hands and Koalas above the...

My partner and I travelled from albury over the long weekend and we're lucky to have found this beautiful and clean park. After reading the reviews we were expecting koalas and birds, and that we certainly did by the bunch!!!! We bought some seed from the check in and were totally surrounded by King parrots and rosellas. The park was...

A nice rest stop with a small cafe. While resting, take a walk to the toilets and you can see the caravan park. Met a friendly couple who shared about their trip from Sydney. They have been on the road for 8 days. See the wild koalas on the trees. There were plenty of parakeets who will fly and land...

Just spent 8 glorious days at the Kennett and was so pleased to find it as natural and unspoiled as when I last camped there over 30 years ago. The amenities are basic but I found them to be always clean and well maintained. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The multitude of different birds was terrific, the family...

The park is in a great location amid the natural bush with the surf beach over the road. Amenities are quite dated but clean and well maintained. The General Store has limited stock so best to bring everything you need

The facilities are very basic and not the cleanest, thankfully we only stayed for 2 nights. One of the shower blocks is only accessible with a key, to prevent beach goers from using them, but they were dirty our whole stay. We travelled over the AFL Grand final long weekend when the GOR was damaged by heavy rains. The campsites...
