In a picture-postcard setting with unbelievable views of snowy peaks, Le Chalet d'Adrien seems to cling to the mountainside. It overlooks Verbier, one of the most charming high altitude resorts in Switzerland. In winter it is an unrivalled ski paradise, and in summer the high mountain pastures are the perfect place for magnificent hikes. Matching wood panelling and fabrics, antique furniture, books and objets d'art scattered around in a homey way all combine to create a charming, cosy atmosphere from which the pristine beauty of the landscape can be enjoyed. The pool looking onto the mountains, and the spa are an invitation to well-being. The restaurants feature the culinary flavours of nearby Italy and showcase Valais products and wines

Detailed Reviews
Excellent hotel, with very friendly and attentive staff. This was a repeat visit for us and we were very pleased that the hotel continues to maintain high standards. We have immediately booked to stay again next year. The only minor comment is that breakfast can be improved both in terms of what is on offer and the inexperience of some members of staff.

We are a family group of seven and our ages range from 5years to 75 years.
There is something to please everyone, - swimming pool, hot tub, sauna,. Table tennis, table football and air hockey machine for the kids. Lounge and bar with magnificent views for the adults.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everyone is so friendly and we have kept the reception staff busy with our requests - sorry guys 🤣
The hotel shuttle bus is always on hand to drive us into town or to the gondola stations.

Very good hotel with an outstanding panoramic view of Verbier. Friendly, warm and attentive staff for the most part. Sometimes battling to get service at the bar can be a challenge. Booking can also be challenging, and do not look for any recognition for repeat visits, often when taking multiple rooms. But without doubt some staff are outstanding, including the drivers and the sommelier.

We are absolutely not satisfied with the service at Chalet d'Adrien. As guests for 8 days with a room price of CHF 1,700 per night, we expected a completely different standard. We were unable to eat in the hotel's own restaurant (2 to choose from) in the evening as it was fully booked. The concierge was also unable to accommodate us in other restaurants that we preferred. Room service did not bring us cups for the tea or coffee machine on several days. The Nespresso capsules were limited to 1 per person so we bought our own in town. The minibar was not refilled for 3 days. In the spa area, my wife's nails were done in a very unprofessional manner in a darkened basement room.
In this price range, we are used to a different level of guest service. The only thing that worked well was the shuttle rides to the ski lift

Good location, everything is on site hotel , restaurant. A short cocooning stay with family, full of beautiful memories. Marie mountain guide, exceptional woman, during my snowshoeing trip.
Very welcoming and attentive staff.
Dishes especially refined pastry.
SPA, to be improved for hotel guests with linen of different colors than those coming from outside in order to avoid having the wrong bathrobes also for treatments and hours, and more space at the SPA to relax.

We very much enjoyed our visit. The staff are excellent and could not be more friendly and helpful. The restaurants are also excellent and the best we visited in Verbier. Also well located for one of the ski lifts. We shall definitely return.

Our experience at Le Chalet d´Adrien was below par and the customer service/servants were arrogant and unprofessional. I would recommend to stay away from this place. Full of russian turists. The staff was extremely impolite and rude and the spa not clean. I will never come back to this place.
Bad value for money.

Just fantastic. Beautiful view from the terrace, excellent sunset, great staff and food. One minute walking distance from the lifts and 5 minutes from the center of Verbier. The owner of the place is a very polite woman and looks like a great boss for such a business.

Chalet D'Adrien has beautiful views, however it can in no way be described as a 5 star hotel. We booked a deluxe room which was o.k but that is all, there was nothing special about it. The hotel is situated next to a busy roundabount/bus stop/petit train stop so traffic noise is a problem and the balcony was unusable because of the noise. The hotel is certainly not a peaceful mountain retreat. The restaurant is pretentious, pompous and poncey!! The food and service is elaborate and over the top and just not relaxing whilst on holiday. Service is incredibly slow, we would go in for dinner at 7.30 and not get out until 10pm. The Maitre D' insists on pointing her finger at your meal and describing it in minute detail. We had booked half board which meant that we were not allowed the menu or any choice for dinner, we ate what we were given!! Restaurant closed on 3rd evening (5 star hotel!!) so we went elsewhere and continued to do so for remainder of our stay. On leaving we were presented with the bill in which were overcharged by approximately £600 GBPounds Sterling. The receptionist explained that it was a mistake!!
