Staff are wonderful here. The hotel rooms are down to earth but very clean. Standard sort of ski/walking hotel beds. The bar has been improved; horrah - the horrible electric organ gone! The restaurant food is excellent but I prefer something a little more rustic. I think I may have read that they now have linked up with/bought grill restaurant...

We spent a lovely few hours on the hotel deck enjoying superb service, excellent food and drinks. I can't recommend the hotel since I didn't stay there, but the outdoor deck is definitely worth a cappucino or a glass of vino.

The Alpina is just a great place to stay for your skiing holiday. The location couldn't be better, but more importantly the welcome and courtesy of the staff were great. The food was superb, and you have to watch Lutz in the bar at work. Go there!

We had lunch here for very Swiss fare .. Sausages, roesti, spaetzli were all excellent washed down with a local beer made at 2000 metres. It was a sunny day (-2C) and the front terrace was well enough protected to sit outside. The service was excellent and our young waiter was pleasant and helpful (English menus a big help). Not...

Alpina is located in the heart of Klosters...perfectly for train arrival/departure as well as close to the ski lifts. Front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful (able to promptly get table reservations in popular restaurants etc). Service and selection at breakfast as good as any 5-star hotel and the pool/sauna/steamroom areas attractive and functional. For families there is the opportunity...

We have returned from 1 week with 18 family members at the Alpina. The location is THE best in Klosters. It could not be more convenient for access, skiing, shops, etc. The 3 apartments and many rooms we had were all clean and comfortable. The lobby, bar, pool area are also very nice. All in all all the amenities were...

We were in the Alpina for a short ski vacation. The location is ideal for skiing because it is in short walking to the Gotschnabahn. The service and restaurant personnel are very polite and helpful, rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is for a four+ star hotel nothing special, even on the first day there were not enough croissants...

My wife and I spent four nights here this month. The Alpina is located on the town's main street, across from the train station. Perfect location. The family running the hotel, and all of the staff members are lovely. Service could not be better. We stayed in two rooms: A larger, Samina room and then a smaller front facing classic...

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived. Room was very nice, we had a balcony as well. The lobby is very cosy. At breakfast we were given a personalised letter with some interesting information about places to go to in the area. Breakfast was very nice by the way with excellent service and attention to detail. Upon our...

A one week stay in summer was quite different from our winter break there, but also marvellous. Staff are warm and welcoming. Klosters is quiet but beautiful. Wonderful hikes, tennis, saliling. All the shops have big end of season sales from end August
