This hotel is very comfortable. It feels like you're staying in a friend's high end mountain lodge. The food is 100% over the top. It's delicious and local. The staff treats you like you're a guest in their home. It's cozy, convenient and fairly priced. We will be back on our next trip to Klosters. Also make sure you visit... More

I am really happy I stopped at this hotel. The decor is really beautiful and the service very kind. It was a quiet week so the restaurant was closed unfortunately but I was upgraded since the hotel was almost empty. Every morning breakfast was brought in my room with fresh international and local products. If I come back to Klosters... More

We had stayed at the Walserhof multiple times several years ago, but had not been there since the hotel was renovated and since Silvia and Heribert Dietrich took over management of the hotel. So this is an update. The Walserhof as always is conveniently located to the train station and the Gotschna cable car, and overlooks the mountains and sledding... More

We have eaten at the Walserhof in the past but wanted to treat ourselves by staying there as it was a special occasion. We were not disappointed! We were absolutely delighted with our junior suite which was spacious, comfortable, finished to a very high standard and, importantly, peaceful! A bath would have been nice as we were skiing and a... This hotel is stunning. The rooms, the service and the food are all amazing. The quality is impeccably high, but it doesn't feel stuffy, rather cozy and warm. Our room was gorgeous, modern, chalet chic with a really comfortable bed, high thread sheets and even a plate of fruit and snacks to welcome us. We also had an impeccable dinner.... More

Good location close to the railway station and Grotschna cable car, and the town centre is only a short walk away. Very handsome building with a lovely interior. Friendly welcome. We had a pretty spacious Junior Suite which was well furnished in a contemporary style, though the bathroom area was small and had no bath which was a bit disappointing... More

Never would I have expected to find such a top property here in Klosters! After entering our vast suite, I was thinking of being in a private Chalet in Courchevel, Lech or Verbier - how come that this hotel has just four stars? Two bedrooms with own bathroom and excellent toiletries, a private kitchen with coffee machine and (FINALLY) plenty... More

The minute we set a footstep into the Hotel Walserhof, we knew - this is going to be a great weekend! We loved the set-up, interior design, the materials used and just the first impression of the lovely boutique hotel! The warm welcome by the lovely receptionist was a great moment and when we entered the great big suite, our... More

I am very impressed with the Walserhof. We spend a wonderful ski break there and absolutely enjoyed it. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, great service and delicious food - all in all, a great place for a holiday in the Swiss alps. The breakfast was probably the best I've ever had with delicious, freshly made pancakes and pastries, Birchermüsli and tasty... More

While we were lucky to find this hotel online, we were attracted by the Michelin star rating of the restaurant and Andrew Harper recommendation. We have stayed at a number of very fine hotels and would rate this among our best experiences on many dimensions. We are a family of six with adult children and were looking for an active... More
