We had a great experience right from the time of booking to the end of the stay. The hotel reception was very efficient and took care of all our requirements and provided useful information. We even received a Christmas card before our stay! The service at the hotel was excellent. It has a friendly family-run feel and everything works well....

This is an old-fashioned hotel and restaurant with lots of charm centrally located in Klosters. It's the antithesis of a chain hotel. The stairs squeak, the floors tilt, some of the rugs are frayed but that's part of the charm. Our room was lovely with handmade wooden furniture and a wonderful balcony. The food was excellent from plentiful breakfast buffet...

Went to do skiing in Klosters and stayed in this hotel. Was traveling with two friends. Due to the strike in Berlin Airport, we lost our first night here and arrived next day afternoon. They did not charge us the night we didn't use. That was so nice of them. They also extended our check out time to 4pm without...

I have stayed at the Chesa Grischuna many times over a twenty-plus year period. The ambiance and charm never have wavered. The food is truly outstanding! The owner/managers, Barbara and Marianne, keep a close eye on all aspects of the operation to ensure that all goes smoothly. The location is in the heart of Klosters, a short walk from the...

Many thanks for your kind words. It has again been a great pleasure to welcome you both among our guests. And thank you for the daffodils, the bulbs will be planted in the garden as soon as the snow has melted which will hopefully not be too soon...!

For the third time we visited Chesa Grischuna this January. We came home 3 days ago, and are already missing it..... What makes Chesa Grischuna so unique is that it feels more like a home than a hotel. You are greeted by the lovely owners Barbara and Marianne, and they do their outmost to make you feel at home, from...

We went for dinner very recently and the food was amazing. I had a wonderful Rosti that I really enjoyed and everyone was in agreement afterwards that the food really could not get much better. This a must visit if you are in Klosters.

The hotel is protected as an historic landmark as it should be. Oozing with Swiss charm. We are not usually drawn to what might be considered old fashioned and had stayed the previous night in an ultra modern hotel, but we found the hotel to be lovely and discovered there was no amenity the modern hotel had that this one...

We travel to the Alps nearly every year and thought we had seen the best of Switzerland ... until we visited the magical village of Klosters and enjoyed the hospitality non pareil at Chesa Grischuna. If there is a Brigadoon, this is it. Our room was a welcome change from the modern style that has robbed lodging throughout Europe of...

One night in summer at the annex (room 5) of this historical hotel. Reception staff was somewhat unfriendly and annoyed that we had used booking.com instead of direct booking. Good start. The room was OK with small balcony. The annex is a 2 min walk from the main hotel where breakfast is served. The beds are old and not comfortable...

We were sorry to read about your bad memories of the recent stay with us. When you booked you were given different types of rooms, you opted for the lowest category, a room in the annex Chalet Grischuna. The rooms there have not been refurbished recently like the ones in the historical mainhouse. This is one reason why we recommend...

The staff were friendly an helpful in this ideally located hotel in the centre of Klosters. Easy access from the train station and a bus stop outside for lifts to the further afield ski slopes. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The food is very good and very plentiful. Also a review would not be complete without mentioning the piano...
