I had the pleasure of staying almost 1 week at the Pension Panorama which offers very good comfort and very good services. But what won me over most was the Inn restaurant. I have dinner there several times. The girl who is serving is absolutely adorable, very professional and very good wine advice to accompany the dishes. There's so much to say about cooking! During my visit to Crans-Montana, I had the pleasure of dining at the Pension Panorama Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. The service was top quality, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome upon arrival.
One of the highlights of our meal was the Smash Burger, with a perfectly soft and fresh homemade burger bread. The burger itself was juicy and tasty, a real delight for burger lovers. For dessert, we tasted the chocolate millefeuille, which was a decadent treat with layers of rich chocolate and delicate puff pastry that simply melted in the mouth.

What a lovely experience. Fantastic food, delicious wine and amazing service. If you get chance to visit, definitely try. This is a unique hotel and restaurant nestlet in the Swiss Alps with beautiful views. Every single course in the restaurant was delicious and presented beautifully. The hotel has great views over the Rhine valley. The rooms are finished to a great standard, comfortable bed and intelligent lighting. Topped up with spa and gym with a trainer in the house, plus an excellent restaurant. The service is faultless.

This summer is a completely special summer. It is the first summer in the last 3 years that at least in Europe, the Near East and North Africa when you can travel freely without restrictions and rules that change overnight. It's the first year since 2019 when you can travel with very little stress (unless Lufthansa doesn t strike) and many of us have broken the chain - plane or bus flights are full, tourist destinations are starting to return to normal, tourist sights are once again full of life. Yes, I know, inflation and war are at our door, (smile mile smile) but it seems that the desire to travel, to leave one's home or city is much stronger.... For some. For me it s '' le monde a l invers", i don t feel like going away from home anymore.For me Aminona is Paradise. But Last week i ve needed a Break, so I ve decided to book Panorama for 2 nights. Thing is, from the hotel I could see my home, so it was the closest trip away from home. The Boutique hotel was Totally renovated,(i, personally would give it 4 stars, instead of 3)the room was nicely decorated, it looked even better in reality than the Photos,everything was new,spotless clean, it was very quiet, and it had a stunning view over the Mountains. What I ve appreciated about this place is that it s away from Crans montana, for me personally it was a plus:you can reach the hotel fast, and, upon departure you are the first to leave the ski resort. The spa is a plus, it has been renovated, you can actually smell the new wood, and they even have a steam Bath. About The breakfast, it was poor, but i can understand they try to minimize the costs and maximize the profits, as a great deal of money have been invested here. Also, my advise is to book via booking. com, this way You don t risk to book a room with demi pension, and get just the Breakfast, as the Restaurant is closed, or so they ve said(still, the good news is that I ve Discovered a good restaurant în Crans Montana, namely The Thai, where i had the Best Duck crustillante with rice,a Dish that i prefer after all these years of Fondue Chinoise and Raclette, rosti, alplermagronen, (swiss speciality dishes)). As I ve said my room(205 Chambre Abricot) was very quiet,and, although the Hotel lies on The Road to Crans Montana, all the rooms are facing south, so you only get the view, and not the noise.A big parking lot lies in front of the hotel, while the bus stop "Panorama" is seconds away(i ve posted a Photo with the Bus schedule). The bus passes the hotel each 30 minutes. I can only advise you to book this hotel, as Crans Montana nowadays is really really crowded , it looks more like Kuveit than Crans Montana(which i find normal, as tremperatures în August în Kuveit are higher than 45 degrees), and, if possible not to wait for a '' Last minute deal'', as there won t be one, with all the events that are taking place în August(Omega master, Cirque au sommet, Swiss National day, Local market every Wednesday , and so much more) it will be difficult to find a room at a decent price, as Panorama offers. Also, think that in ski resorts,like Crans Montana, Vercorin, Verbier, Evolene, Gstaad hotels and apartments live only during the seasons(15july-15 august, and 24 th december-5 th January, and some days at Carnaval), the rest of the time they are rather empty, so it s better for them and for us as tourists to book in advance. Just to end my comment, i will post some Photos of the hotel, and also of Crans Montana, if the management of the Hotel allows it, as I have so many, that tell so many stories, and no place to post them.

Stayed for 3 nights while going to the European masters golf nearby. Venue is excellent for for the course at Crans. Although initially quite hard to find the setting is breathtaking. Hotel is lovely and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice of fruit cereals breads etc for breakfast. Evening meals were excellent and plenty of choices for all tastes - the burgers are a definite must to try.
Only issue was the restaurant closed on the Sunday night even though nothing was mentioned when booking or on any info in the room - I only found it was closed when I tried to book a table. Owner did recommend a restaurant in the nearby town of Sierre but after a days walking we would have preferred not to travel to eat.
Don't let that put you off this lovely hotel as we would return if ever in the area again.

It was just for one night but what a night! The hotel is beautiful with a breathtaking view of the alps. The service is impecable and the staff is very nice and helpful! The owners are very kind and thoughful! The room is lovely, very clean, the bed is super comfy! The breakfast is so good and is served in the well known restaurant of the hotel. A magnificent, cozy and very tasteful space with an awesome view! We really loved it and we will come back, that s for sure!

The restaurant at this hotel is first class. Marco and the team turned out the best saltwater fish dish surprise i have eaten. They have sardinien specialities. The Mirto must be tried. The hotel rooms are very comfotable. Magnificent views over the Rhone valley. Plenty of car parking. A garden with childens play area.

A car makes the stay comfortable otherwise you have to take the hourly postal bus. Once you know the timings it shouldn't be too much of a hassle as the stop is right outside the hotel (stop: panorama)
The postal bus drops you off not too far from the cable car (stop: ycoor)
