My family of three stayed in Hotel Central for our first visit to Crans-Montana for skiing the week of New Years. The location was super - just a short walk to the escalator to the Arnouva ski lift (or bus stop to go to other lifts) and many wonderful restaurants and two grocery stores. The hotel, while small, has very welcoming staff who were very helpful answering questions throughout our stay about navigating trains, buses, etc and helping us make dinner reservations (needed pretty much anywhere, which we didn’t realize before our arrival). There is a ski storage room which we appreciated so we didn’t have to keep our equipment in our room. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having a small fridge to store things in occasionally. We did pay for breakfast, and it was nice not to have to go outside the hotel for simple, healthy breakfast in the morning, but between the grocery stores and cafes nearby, there are plenty of other options too. We enjoyed the small bar in the evening, especially the hot wine and hot chocolate. The only amenity we didn’t use was the spa - it was small and the one time we tried to use the sauna, it was in use and others were waiting. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very nice stay in this warm hotel with very welcoming staff and great care for its customers. The hotel is very well located, close to the tourist office, the ice rink, the terraces, restaurants, and right opposite the bakery. We also took advantage of the spa (sauna + hamam) included in the price of the reservation. Very clean and well appointed room.

located in the hart of Crans-Montana, 2 min walking to the ski lifts. the best restaurants in town are within few min walking distance. the staff is very friendly and cooperative. the bar is verz cosy. once you are there dont miss the experience in the well being center Vagheggi with various therapies, sauna and hammam. i hardly recommand this place

Stayed for a quick overnight stay. Nice, clean, good attention from staff and surprising well equipped and comfortable rooms. Breakfast could be improved a little but they were very flexible to open 30 mins early for us. Very friendly and attentive service!

Our group of nine golfers stayed here whilst we went to play golf at Crans San Sierre in September 2019 and we were happy with the accommodation. Our rooms were clean and spacious enough, the welcome was friendly and the continental breakfast was simple but effective enough. Parking was an issue as they don't have any on site but there was an underground one just across the road. If you are staying in Crans Montana, this is a perfect place to choose. When I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again

Good location and clean. Thought rooms were small, they were clean and the sheets smell fresh! There is a nice bar just as one enters which serves coffee and drinks. The receptionist was helpful. Overall the place is a good choice and close to public transport and restaurants and Casino.

We stayed here for 4 nights in mid august. Price/Quality is definitely okay. The receptionists are friendly. The rooms are very nice and exceeded our expectations. Lovely modern bathroom as well. The wifi in the room works perfectly. The hotel has a good location in the centre of Montana and you can walk in under 10 minutes to the centre of Crans.
Minor issues are the lack of parking facilities and breakfast. If breakfast could be improved a little bit, this would be very near to a 4 * hotel. Now, it lacked choices. And they ran out of pistolets on some mornings. But I have to admit that their croissants were just brilliant! I would also like to note that it was possible to eat outside in the morning, which I just loved and had not read on the internet before.
At check-out we thought the room had been paid by our visa (as stated in their booking regulations) but this had not yet happened and had to be paid on the spot. A miscommunication that we did not expect!
We would however stay here again.

The staff were attentive, efficient, fun! Our room was modern and cheerful, large and impeccably clean! Breakfast was a good spread of fix-it-yourself foods. The location of the hotel couldn't have been any closer to the center of town and the Funi..so- I'd say we picked a fine hotel and were very happy for it!
