My wife and I had an amazing stay. From the moment we checked in and we were given the hotel tour, to the main and Japanese restaurants ending with a couple massage in the lovely SPA we were pampered. The whole team is very attentive to details and the level of service is beyond imagination. Everything was just perfect!
it was a recommendation of a friend to stay couple days in The Cedi. The design and the execution of the hotel are excellent. The welcome greeting the introduction of the hotel all the way to the room was done in very friendly and professional. The room met the expectation, however from very personal feeling I would expect a better quality bed it is not Hastens bed (which I expected to be or similar in the luxury room). For us the best part of the hotel were the Gym 9.5/10 and the SPA - hot swimming pools (10/10). The only real disappointment is the treatment, we had full body massage, it just was not good. Absolutely the messier were professional but for some reason they could not keep the flow and every 3 minuets stopped the massage. We were not the only guest having such a feeling. We have not eat in the Japanese restaurant but the regular one and the dinner was very good the stake was perfect. Last but not least, I will offer to the highest room category additional cleaning service - like afternoon, Highly recommended,…
The Chedi never disappoints. The infrastructure, rooms, service and food are world-class. Every stay is thoroughly enjoyable and makes you want to come back asap. I especially love the lavish rooms and wonderful pool area. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.
Being a family, which loves to travel and having quite a bit of international experience regarding hotels, we decided to celebrate our son's 18th birthday in THE CHEDI Andermatt. The consultancy by Reservations to select two suites "with view", the recommendation for the perfect table (at the window, but with some privacy), the arrival (April 2nd 2022) and finally the stay including the dinner/breakfast were immaculate. It is very clear, that the hotel does not only meet the standards of it's category, but also developed an impressive culture of hospitality, shown by all employees. This culture combines a very high level of proficiency and a warm hospitality combined with a generosity not only of one employee, but also by different departments exceeding the customers expectations. Thank you to the staff, thank you to the Management! F.H.…
We just came back from The Chedi, what a wonderful experience we had! Upon check in, they gave our son a Chedi Bear and really made us feel welcomed. Room: Our Deluxe Suite was out of this world, so much detail went into the design of the rooms, flawless. The towels are fresh, mini bar is well stocked (just the right amount). The automatic blinds blacked out the rooms so we had great sleeps. We ordered breakfast every morning to the room, was very cozy and convenient. *Tip: Even though it says Breakfast Buffet included, it only covers the Continental Breakfast (bread, pastries, juice, coffee, tea), which doesn't include eggs, yogurt, pancakes, etc. A bit misleading upon booking, so be prepared to pay extra. Spa: The spa itself is beautiful, very high end. The Hydo Pool area was relaxing. I had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Evanthea (highly recommended) but underwhelmed by the Tata Harper Award Winning –Brightening Facial. I was able to take my son to the outdoor pool, was a great experience. The Spa was also able to provide a bathrobe and slippers (in room) in his size, was super cute. Kids Club: Our 4 year old son enjoyed the kid's club on the weekend (off-season). Carolina was super friendly, responsible and sent me a video while my son was there. Staff: Customer service was outstanding- whatever we needed was provided. Special shout out to Isabella at reception and Zhana at concierge, who provided us with a snowman kit to take up the mountain. Ski Shop: Upon arrival, I checked the rental list online, I even double checked with the ski shop to rent ski pants and coats for my son and I, they said no problem. Upon arrival, they told me they didn't have ski pants and coats for my child since covid began, I told them online they said they have the option and that I which was a bit frustrating to hear. They said they'd have to check at another store nearby, they were successful in the end. Overall: We really didn't want to leave, we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back next year.…
