Hotel Crown has 19 two-room suites, one three-room suite and a single room. All suites consist of a bedroom with on-suite bathroom and a separate living room with a sofa, table/seating area and a balcony. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed so that up to four people can sleep in a suite. The single room has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower (no bathtub). The hotel is located in the heart of the old village of Andermatt. Built in 2014 according to ecological principles, the hotel is the first hotel nationwide that optimally protects guests from harmful radiation.

Friendly & helpful staff. Great location. Lovely and clean which is the most important bit for me. Good size room for 2 adults & 2 teenagers. Small but good breakfast with lots of different teas available. Underground parking available which we didn't need to book in advance. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back

This hotel is in the center of Andermatt, but in a quiet corner. The room (suite) was spacious, with high quality materials and a nice balcony. Unfortunately the kitchen could not be used (the drawers were locked, no cutlery or plates or glasses) and the room temperature was fixed at 24 degrees. Tasty small breakfast and wonderful staff. The garage right under the hotel was easy to use, but not so easy to find.

This chic hotel is perfectly located in wonderful Andermatt. We were upgraded for some reason to a very large suite that was modern with a spacious, super comfortable bedroom. The food was also quite good. The staff were all very friendly. We were there for a cycling holiday. The underground garage was very secure and well lit for building and taking down our bikes. Andermatt is a wonderful town and this is a wonderful hotel.

We were a group of cyclists tackling the various passes around Andermatt. The hospitality, the chic feel of the hotel and the quality of the food were all superb as were the sauna and wet room. The manager, Maggie Gnos, and her staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured that nothing was too much trouble. Everything in the town centre is within walking distance. Could not recommend it highly enough.

We stayed at Hotel Crown as part of a Maymester (study abroad) trip, which visited Andermatt. Every part of the stay was lovely - the staff was so kind and helpful, the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location had great views of the Alps. I’d love to come back in the winter as part of a ski trip!
