Very much a guest house than a hotel, rooms are very basic but comfortable enough (except the pillows). They don't have parking on-site but there is a parking garage less than a 5 min walk away and it is very cheap - 2 euros for 24 hrs!! The bathroom needed some work, shower leaked when you increased the water pressure....

This is a quaint Mom and Pop operation. While it has no on site parking you can find pay/park spaces on the streets. Thus us in a safe, walk to all location. Breakfast was A+ and old world. Nice. The staff was top notch. One other small problem is that there is no lift available. However you can watch lots...

more a guest house than a hotel, nice atmosphere, but some deficits: room couldn't be darkened, mediocre breakfast, cheap parking garage, but difficult to get there due to a poor description, excellent starting point for walking through Speyer, quiet sideroad

Old and worn out interior, very old fashioned but not in the romantic way, dusty, not properly cleaned up, dead insects in bathroom, beds were long overdue (my back hurt badly after a very short night of sleep), broken walls, rusty faucets, neighbor guests could be heard and very well understood. Located very central, walking distance to cafés and sightseeing....

Great location but average Hotel. Quiet location but only a 2 minute walk to the main street with shopping, etc. A few parking spots available otherwise in a parking garage a few minutes walk away. Rooms and breakfast were just OK

Thank John B

“Ask for a room at the back, front rooms tend to be noisy due to late night traffic and early morning garbage men!!”
