This hotel was very nice, the owner who checked us in, moved his car so that we could have the larger parking space. Breakfast was nice! The walk to city center was perfect, 10 min. The room was large and comfortable.

Stayed in this hotel during a midweek for business. It was a good hotel with friendly staff. After my return home, I noticed I've left a personal item in my room. After a phone call, the manager offered to send the item, free of charge. That's a kind of service you don't get across that often anymore. Would definitely stay...

This place has large clean rooms and free WIFI. It is well located just outside the old town with easy access to attractions, restaurants etc. The staff speak good english and are friendly and helpful. When we checked in the carpark was full but the lady on reception showed us where to park for free nearby.

Lovely, old-world-style hotel convenient to the old city centre and the train station. The trip into Hannover takes just 45 minutes. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and courteous. They were willing to help with anything we needed. Fantastic breakfast spread with typically wonderful German coffee! Be aware there's no elevator, in case you have any mobility issues. If...

Hotel was easy to find. There is no air conditioning, so it was hot at night. Service was ok in general, breakfast was good and we felt ourselves welcome when we arrived. Old town is near and there is a lot to see. This was probably the best *** hotel so far during our 5 night roadtrip around Germany.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, in May 2014. The hotel is small, and located at 10 minutes walking from the city center, easy to find. Our room was not very big, but clean and nice. IT included TV and free internet connection. The breakfast was not spectacular, but on average. They have a small parking area (5-6...

I stayed at the Hotel an der Altstadt which is just outside the historic centre of Hameln (Hamelin) in Germany. I was there for four nights. The rooms were large, with high ceilings and immaculately clean. In addition there was free internet access and most of the staff spoke excellent English. On the final day of my stay I had...

Recently me and my wife stayed there for one night on our way to Hamburg, Germany. We arrived at 21:10 and the reception(It closes at 21:00) was closed but the guy who was living across the street came in 5 mins when we rang the bell. The check in was quick and the room we got was nice and clean....

On our way to Berlin we decided to stop over in mythical town of Hameln (Hamelin). The hotel is well located close to the train station, easy to reach by car and only a few minutes’ walk from the old town centre as the name suggests. The staff is very friendly and ready to help out. The room was nothing...

The room was nice and clearly not part of a generic chain. 10 minutes walk to the town centre. On-site parking (I could see my car from the window). More 3.5/5 than 4 but breakfast buffet was fine. NB stairs..
