This Hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. Beautiful location, excellent facilities, friendly helpful staff, excellent food, clean. Mixture of modern & cozy the choice is yours. If you like hotels that are very well kept but have a friendly atmosphere with spa facilities then stay here. Good ski slopes close by with free 3hrs skiing with King...

Great family owned hotel bed and breakfast type place. They have a nice spa and great food for breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff for all of you needs. Nice views of the castle and nice walks of the Bavarian countryside all around.

Excellent and charming hotel in a good location if you want to visit the castle, Neuschwannstein. Almost felt like coming home. Friendly welcome by the receptionist and a designated table for a 5 course dinner. The dinner and an extensive breakfast buffet was included in the roomrate, which justifies a rater high rate. Our only complaint was that the beds...

We booked a "Pauschal" (arrangement) for 2 nights with visit to castle. Unfortunately we had to leave after one day. The reception was not cooperative and we had to pay the full price (suite) for 2 nights. The room was nice with view on castles but you need clear weather and glasses to see it. Hotel is nice if you...

We booked at this hotel after seeing it mentioned in the book, "Bavaria" by Rodney Bolt, printed by Cadogan Guides. We were very impressed with the area called Schwangau, and when we arrived we realized we had reserved a room at a very pleasant hotel. It was very attractive from outside with wooden balconies and geraniums. Inside was also very...

We stayed four nights on half pension. The room was well furnished and spacious with a balcony overlooking dairy farms with a glimpse of the castle. They were able to cater to vegetarians. The hotel and dining staff were very helpful. It was an easy walk to Fussen and also to the lake. Well worth the money.

Its not at all a quite place, may be if you have a front room is better? Bathroom are just ok for single room but not at all for double rooms If you are an outside guest for the meals you are much better treated. Only outside guests are allowed to eat outside on the terrasse, hotel guests are forced...

We just spent 2 nights at the Hotel Ruebezahl with 2 young children (ages 8 and 5) and 2 grandparents. You can't beat the location for getting the castles and for enjoying the Bavarian countryside (the cow bells are ringing in the field in front of the property). The staff were very helpful and kind. They also offer picnic lunches...

We were impressed by the hotel and the staff. They were very helpful with questions and our rooms were clean, the beds good and views from the hotel were tremendous. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and the 1 evening meal we enjoyed was very complete and good. The live music during dinner was a nice extra. We would recommend...

Hello Giselle and Staff: My wife, son, mother-in-law, and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel from 21-23 June. This was our return to your hotel after my wife and I visited there in 2000 (we were, in fact, engaged in Schwangau during that visit in 2000 and I proposed to her on your balcony outside of our room)....
