If you like the view of the ocean you'll like it, nice rooms nothing spectacular for the rates. Food was ok steak wasn't exactly prime cut more of a pack from the supermarket veges where fantastic. Better places to stay at for the rate charged, very unusual position of a small tv up in the air in the lounge area.

We booked a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment when attending a friend's wedding at the hotel. Absolutely great place! Nice, new, big living room, kitchenette, nice balcony, sea view, cool and breezy. Couldn't be more comfortable! Food at the restaurant is good too! Driving up the driveway was quite a challenge but nothing to cry over. Definitely enjoyable stay!

Stunning location for a wedding. Stayed here for one night on 25 February for my niece's wedding. Accommodated in the Chalets - No 12. Each chalet has 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom which was handy in accommodating our multiple family members together. Beds were very comfortable with nice linen and the shower had great water pressure. Service at the...

Accommodation is spacious and clean, views are amazing. BUT food was well below average which is unfortunate for such an establishment, especially paying the big bucks for a wedding venue. Breakfast would have been better from a service station...

Overall not worth the massive price tag. Beautiful location with clean, tidy and spacious rooms. However the view from our chalet could only be seen as you looked past a car park & other chalets. We attended a wedding the night we stayed and the bar manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, the food was poor. The breakfast the following...

Our stay here was a Christmas gift including the Chill Out Package (accommodation and food). Such a little gem and only one hour drive from Auckland, this resort is tucked away overlooking Kariotahi beach. It is an awesome place to chill. The food was good, and the staff at the restaurant were friendly and provided top service (the music was...

We selected the 'Two Night Ultimate Relaxation Glam Camping Experience' for our anniversary, which was meant to comprise of 1 nights stay in the 'Totora treehut', followed by a massage at Bersantai (see below...), lunch at Agave and then a final night in a coastal tent. Overall, it was a great experience, however there were some factors that detracted from...

Waited 45 minutes for drinks to be brought to our tables. Very small meals on huge white plates. Lovely presentation if that's what you're in to but I like to eat when I'm hungry. No air con, hotter than hell. Mind blowing views though.

Wow, what a relaxing experience. We have just returned from a one night stay in the coastal tents, and all I can say is WOW. The food was beautiful, the view gorgeous and the outdoor bath was relaxing. Would highly recommend this experience.

Lovely venue! This would be a perfect spot for a wedding. Staff were friendly, Claudia especially had great customer service! Food was average but otherwise a great experience. Would come back sometime!
