Close to the forest and only 1.5 km from the Hohenloher Freilandmuseum Wackershofen. In Gottwollshausen a suburb of Schwabisch Hall stands our house. In 15-20 minutes you walked comfortably down to the historic old town. We are a family run house and child friendly. In our cozy restaurant and on the terraces we offer a regional and seasonal menu with a Mediterranean touch. Heiners Pub for fun, games and cool drinks is also for smokers. We are open daily and there is also always something to eat.

friendly and nice staff. Was working in the area for some time in January doing the lockdown. The food was ok but wasn't that much on the menu and after six weeks it could really have been changed every two weeks. Nice clean rooms. One part of the hotel the rooms are renovated and the other part isn't.i be back again if im in the area.

This is 20 mins walk out of town; little, if any, English spoken. A locals pub as has bowling alley; dart boards in separate room. But also think buses use it. It was very good value; clean big room; the bed was very comfortable. The food looked quite basic but didn't eat here as went into town. Alcohol looked very cheap if you wanted a drink! Easy downhill walk into town but get a map in reception (get a taxi back!!). Would definitely stay here again. Parking free (that was a reason we stayed here as more difficult in town). Breakfast was good value and typical German breakfast!

Sonneck hotel offers the standard German cleanliness combined with decent service. The rooms are priced above average considering that the hotel is located 3km out of the city centre. The rooms are adequately equipped. The breakfast is a standard fare. Non German visitors woule appreciate an alternative to filter coffee😊, as weĺl as an additional person serving breakfasr on the weekends. The restaurant serves the typical dishes for the region. The portions are large so don't heistate to ask for a smaller serving. Plenty of parking available and late check in with prior notice is a bonus. Overall a pleasant experience.

We drove into Schwabisch Hall on the weekend, 1st weekend of Christmas markets and couldn't find any rooms in town- I called Hotel Sonneck, their English was excellent and they accommodated us. They are about a 7 minute drive out of town but an excellent location and quiet community, the hotel appears to cater to large groups, buses and parties but gave us very personal service. This hotel is spotless, our room was spacious and all of the dining rooms, breakfast room, etc..were very nicely appointed. I would stay here again if in the Schwabisch Hall area- we had room 50 which appears to be one of their comfort-doubles, huge room on the top floor-

Sonneck Hotel is very clean, very modern. Has restaurant and the food is delicious. Also has a pub and car parking. Hotel is not immediately in the city of Schwabish Hall, it is about a 7 minute car ride.
