Wonderful find at a very reasonable cost. Stayed in the beautiful new rooms, which were a lot more than 4 star, and lovely balcony and lift. Dinner was first class too and a great guy running things a great host. They also have a Michelin Star restaurant on our list for next time. Great place to stay for Schwabisch Hall which in itself is a beautiful town to visit.

We had a room in the "old" part of the hotel and our room was a not so spacious - but the bathroom was very nice. Room was clean. The breakfast they serve is very good - a good choice of fruit; yoghurt, sausages, cheese, scrambled egg and so on

We were on a business + family trip to industrial cities near by Schwabisch Hall, and decided to stay at this Landhaus Wolf. A lot of businessmen too staying at this hotel. They gave us the highest floor, they have lift, but to get to the highest floor, you need to use the stairs. We have a 8 months old baby with stroller, was not so easy. But 2 lovely ladies from housekeeping dept. helped me out, was so grateful! Room was simple but clean and comfy, amenities were available. Breakfast was simple but very good. Near by train station and bus stop.

Landhaus Wolf is located on the outskirts of Schwabisch-Hall, which is what we preferred. It was easy enough to drive into the old town, and parking at the hotel was free. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room (in a separate building from the main hotel) was ultra-modern and very comfortable. The mattress was better (firmer) than most German boutique/family hotels and in a one-piece frame (not two twins pushed together). The bathroom was strikingly elegant. Wifi worked fine. Another highlight was the breakfast. Excellent quality hot and cold food was served in a tastefully decorated elegant setting. The entire breakfast, from tableware to settings, was very stylishness. One key staff person was a little impatient with one guest (late arrival?), but otherwise the staff were professional and courteous.

I liked this hotel myself - it was better than I thought it would be. I chose it as there were a few of us and I liked the pictures of the outdoor terrace areas, these were great when sunny. We had a rental car so did not need to be in the heart of the town. The staff were lovely and friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant and bistro were closed tonight (Sunday) but this seems standard for Europe. Loved the breakfast buffets and enjoyed their bistro dinner Friday night. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was as well - and lovely marble. I thought it was great value. There were just 2 things I would mention for you to consider - (a) if you are a light sleeper ask for an inside room so you don't get the road noise and (b) with no air-con, we slept with the window open for some air - hence the road noise, but that stops around midnight. All in all I loved our stay here.
