I stayed only one night here and was pleased with the service and the quality of the hotel, especially the breakfast buffet, one had a large choice. The staff were friendly and helpful - to be recommended.

Place is quite ok, unfortunately only partly refurbished (still seems to have the same carpets like 15 years ago) and some more light in the room would be great - i cannot judge the food as long i went dining outside

A bussiness hotel located in the city centre. It was closed to our bussiness place. It just a walk away from stores and restaurants. Great staffs and cleaning services. Breakfast okay. But they does not have swimming pool. Simple and quite minimalist hotel.

I've stayed here many times over the last year (maybe 20-25% of the time between Oct 2015 and Oct 2016). Better location than the other Fortuna hotel. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. The gym is very nice with adequate equipment to serve its purpose and is usually empty in the evening. Easy walk to the many things to do and...

The hotel Fortuna is well located, with nice spacious rooms, clean and a very customer oriented staff. The dining facilities and buffet are a great addition to the hotel services and a secured underground parking makes the hotel a must use.

The City Hotel Fortuna, within walking distance of the center of Reutlingen, had all the needed amenities and a tasty breakfast buffet. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only downsides were the location on a busy street and the lack of an extra pillow. I would definitely stay again.

Thats a 2-star for the price of a 4-star! Terrible smell, old rooms with box spring beds. We even had no warm watter! No air conditioning at all. The views are depressing! It has been theworst experience in a long time!

Stayed one night in the family room because of a reservation mix-up at another hotel. Worst hotel we ever stayed in! Dark, noisy, poor quality. Beds were clean, though, and fitness room on top floor was OK with nice views, big windows), but on the way you had to pass through dark corridors smelling heavily of cigarette smoke. Scary! Breakfast...

One night at this hotel was enough. I don't understand how a place like this one can receive 4****. What standard is this? The hotel is definitely not the worst but it's appearance is a bit run down. It is noisy and the beds are too soft. Breakfast is ok although for German standard not very variable. I also found...

On a main road, extremely noisy, dirty carpets in the hotel and the rooms, old and decrepit, bad food, the rooms smell, the service is as good as the hotel, the staff look miserable, unfriendly and unaccommodating. A random large to screen in the lobby, the bar that poors a rancid smell of cigarets and Booz into the front desk....
