I found the Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Airport to be rather depressing and definitely not an option I'll take up next time I'm passing through Frankfurt.

There is a shuttle every 30-60 minutes or so, you need to check their timetable at the reception for the exact time of each shuttle (or email in advance). You need to book your seat on the morning runs, apparently. And most... More
There is a shuttle every 30-60 minutes or so, you need to check their timetable at the reception for the exact time of each shuttle (or email in advance). You need to book your seat on the morning runs, apparently. And most important: it drops you in front of the T1 terminal, around the middle of it. Took us close to 50 minutes to go to our T2 flight gate from there.
