If you contact Dolphin Lodge directly I expect they will pick you up at any of the hotels or the airport in Manaus, depending on the timing of your arrival. We arrived late at night and were picked up promptly the next morning at our hotel. We arranged this trip through an agent but others arriving at the same time did not and had no problems with transport. That said, getting to the Lodge is time sensitive as it involves 2 boats rides as well as some transfer over land so they do not do transfers later in the day so as to avoid arriving after dark. Pack lightly (limited boat space) and enjoy your adventure at this special Lodge.
