Beautiful garden area to relax and have a snack by the sea. The hotel is quirky but lovely. We had a room by the entrance which was noisy late into the evening. But, it was a great location for a nice walk by the sea with fabulous photo opportunities. Fond memories of our stay. Best breakfast!!!!

Wonderful quirky boutique hotel circ 1870. Only 9 rooms so somewhere between a catered villa and a small hotel. Great food, personal service, wonderful garden. Beware if you don't like steps. Great location, less that 10 minutes walk to the old town. Bathing and other restaurants practically next door but still quiet and very relaxing.

we saw this place from the promenade. the garden looked very inviting with the individual seats/shelters so beautyfully laid out. the whole is rather sumptously decked out with antiques inside and a strange mix of seating and tables in the garden. only some of them seem to be in use. the menu is a mixture of traditional german and some... We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. This is a quirky, little hotel that is far away from corporate mass catering. The welcome was warm and friendly. We had a big room facing Lake Constance. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Everything felt very cozy. The only let down of the room was the... More

This is a small hotel with a lovely aspect near the lake, excellent staff and a lovely restaurant - with inside and outside options. The decor is certainly "different" which, without giving anything away, makes it an interesting place to browse! This does not, however, detract in any way from the hotel providing a very professional service in a very... More

This is definitely a comfortable hotel with a unique style. The building is decorated with stuffed animals and a diverse collection of objet d'art. My room was comfortably furnished with nice touches that make a difference - like the plate of fresh fruit and the comfortable sofa. The owners have made maximum use of the garden. There is an outside... More

Although a hotel not a B&B or a guesthouse, they've managed to make you feel like you're staying in a home rather than a hotel, whilst avoiding that feeling you get in B&Bs that you're in someone's house. Turning up out of season meant we were offered a change of rooms on the ground floor with doors leading to a... More

If you are lucky enough to get a room here, u will have a gem in the pocket. Outstanding location, only a few rooms and not the average hotel. It is a small paradise in walking distance to the casino and the heart of the city.. It is right at the beautiful promenade. Food is awesome and the garden is... More

We stayed here during my Birthday, as it was a gift from my girlfriend. We got here after a 85 km bike ride from Zurich and felt for a second out of place. The room was small and cosy, with a nice minibar and clean room. We had dinner here and which was amazing. The sellection of wines was really... More

This is a cozy family hotel at the end of Seestrasse, that is more like a boarding house with a private bathroom than a "Hotel". Ringing the doorbell at the locked entrance in the back, brings Max and Penny who greeted us warmly, looked up our name on a sheet of paper then picked our key out of a bowl... More
