Classic hotel, no specific remarck. Service was fine. We tried to enjoy the sauna but it is apparently closed until 5pm every day. There is no "mini bar" in the room and no cofee machine, but there is a "boiler" to get warm water.

Lovely rooms with down comforters to enjoy year round! Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very nice. Not much on TV if you speak English only so bring a computer to entertain yourself! Lots of great restaurants nearby and a lovely park to walk in.

We took the sky train from our terminal to the airport train station. We actually stood in line and bought our tickets from the train office, rather than a kiosk. From the airport train station, we changed trains at the Dusseldorf Hbf to go to the Neuss Hbf. Outside the Neuss station, we caught a tram that let us out right in front of the hotel. It was not difficult at all, but we only had carryon bags.
