Hotel is nice enough, good facilities I enjoyed the pool and rooms good size. I am a silver member and wasn't told about any of my benefits which was annoying. The lobby area is open to the public I believ and has a massive pokie are which wasn't my cup of tea and didn't feel very relaxing. There was also... More

Loved my stay at Mercure Caroline Springs, the rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff could not do enough for you, honestly the nicest reception staff I have dealt with in a long time. Right across from a shopping centre if you needed anything, but café and bar and gaming room right down stairs. Location is just fantastic, not in the... More

This hotel was a good place to stay and convenient for us as the function we were going to was in the hotel. The rooms were large and with good amenities, although noisy. We did not have a lakeside view, our view was of the shopping centre accross the road, so sitting on the balcony would be good for any... More

We have stayed quiet a few times and it is always nice. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and bed was so good after a stay in Malaysia and sleeping on a concrete mattress. The only complaints I would have is that we had a late check out till 12.00 and the house keeping were knocking on our door at... More

Large rooms with all amenities and lovely lakeside views. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Located away from the hussle and bussle of downtown Melbourne. Everything we needed in the room including; full cooker, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Nice restaurant and café for when we didn't fancy DIY.

Had a nice room overlooking the Caroline Springs lake but the room was plagued with mosquitos and every night we were bitten despite spraying with insecticide. The next morning the bathroom was littered with dead mosquitos. There was no fly screen door to the balcony and we counted literally hundreds of mosquitos outside the door so could not use the... Dear 62Teddy, Thanks very much for taking the time to write your review in regards to your recent stay with us. Unfortunately we are experiencing a mosquito plague and we have tried to implement ways to combat this within the venue. Our Housekeeping team are aware of the situation and whilst they like to open the balcony doors for fresh... More

Was surprised by this place, much better than I expected. Hotel is quite new and everything is in perfect condition. I really enjoyed the gym and the pool. Easy check in and everything was just as it should be. Choose from the cafe, the bistro or the restaurant, all with a lake view. Nice comfy beds, easy to park the... More
