I stayed in a double room with my kids. Both rooms were spacious with a really big balcony. Beds were super comfortable. The main room consisted of the kitchen, lounge and master bed and desk. The kitchen included an oven, cooktop, mini fridge, washer, dryer. They have not spared anything in this hotel. Down to a sewing kit and shoe...

Wasn't real sure what to expect as it was in the 'suburbs'. Very pleasantly surprised with great pathways for walks around the lake. Rooms really large and beds extremely comfortable. Close to shopping centre for supplies and easy secure parking included. Good air con and excellent water pressure in shower. Both restaurant and cafe had excellent selection of gluten free...

We recently spent a week at this motel and it was amazing. The room was so clean and catered so well to our needs. The restaurant was delicious for dinners and our breakfast was the best that I have ever had in an Accor hotel. The staff were so friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel...

An enjoyable and luxurious escape from the hectic pace of city life in the western suburbs of Melbourne, just a short drive from the city, in beautiful landscaped surroundings next to a lake and a shopping centre next door. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool & spa, the sumptuous breakfast, and the fully-featured facilities of the family room. Thank you...

There are many restaurants to choose from in Caroline Springs which are all walking distance from the Mercure. The hotel has 3...

As a regular visitor to Mercure Caroline Springs , I would certainly recommend this venue for business activities. They have a good range of meeting rooms and a very good restaurant. The bar area is also very good for a casual drink at the end of a busy meeting. Well worth staying out of Melbourne CBD.

Breakfast was free during our stay. Breakfast was not in a Buffet Style but it was great. Hotel is highly recommendable.

This hotel overlooks a pleasant lake and is just 2 minutes walk to the main shopping area of this modern town. At present, there is only one level for accommodation (Level 3) and most rooms overlook the lake. It has a huge Bistro restaurant and a separate cafe also with plenty of seating. These are on the ground floor and...

We have stayed here a couple of times. We live on the other side of town so when we have a family/friend function, we have stayed here. I hope that when the Caroline Springs Railway Station opens that the Accor will run a bus to/from there. It is difficult to access the city, airport otherwise.
