Family run B&B in an ancient tower, with 4 double rooms available for the guests, at 18 km from Montepulciano and Cortona. Its oldest part comes from the Middle Age and it is known that Santa Margherita, the patron saint of Cortona, lived here in the XIII century. The little chapel is still a holy place. The owner is a sculptor and you can see his artwork everywhere in the house. The property is surrounded by the most enchanting Tuscan landscape, with olive groves and vineyards, just a short drive from the beautiful towns of Cortona, Montepulciano and lake Trasimeno, for wonderful daily excursions. Wineries are all around.

First, have to mention what incredible hosts Antonella and Massimo are. Make you feel like you are "family" from the moment you arrive. The property is spectacular. Very unique location with the most breathtaking views. Antonella invited us up to the tower on our first night to enjoy a glass of wine together. Spectacular!!! My only regret is booking this B & B for 2 nights instead of a whole week. Ideally located between Cortona and Montepulciano. An added bonus was the opportunity to have a personal tour of the artwork of an incredible artist. I cannot speak highly enough of this place and our experience here!

This place, this building, these people there kindness, that rooftop, that environment: super! Don't expect material luxury but the luxury you'll find in this place is about the fantastic Antonella who's there to offer you as much comfort as you need. We loved our stay there! Thank you!

So often, a host/hostess can make a stay at a B&B so special. Antonella was all of that! We arrived jetlagged and exhausted and not interested in going out for dinner, so she surprised us with a plate of bruschetta and a bottle of local wine to eat in our room. How perfect! And the weather was very chilly, so she loaned me a warm coat. Can’t say enough about her gracious hospitality!! The building is historical and charming and offers a spectacular 360 view from the top of the tower. With just 4 rooms, it is so intimate and filled with beautiful artwork made by her husband, Massimo.

I Palazzi is breathtaking. The pictures don't do justice to the artistic beauty of the home and the breathtaking views. Although there was so much to see in Tuscany, we could barely peel ourselves away from this place. Antonella's warmth, kindness, and generosity was unmatched. I highly recommend visiting I Palazzi Arte for a beautiful, relaxing, breathtaking holiday.

Antonella and Massimo are excellent hosts and have the best B & B when staying in Tuscany. The view from the back yard is perfectly Tuscany, just like I imagined. Rows of vineyards as far as the eye can see. The rooms are so spacious and the view from the tower can't compare with other B & B's. Antonella is so knowledgeable about the hill towns that surround their home; she knows churches, stories, restaurants, wineries, and history. She gave our day trips richness and direction. Massimo's sculptures in the garden and home are stunning carvings from olive wood. They are beautiful! I can't imagine the trip without this stay, they are Italy.
