Great rooms, location is good. nothing to complain about. You still have to walk to the ski slope its not right outside your door. The Neilson staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 10 and this had a great view of the mountain.

We've just got back from a week staying at this resort and it was an awesome holiday. The chalet itself was extremely comfortable and well presented. The Neilson team were excellent and did everything within their capability to ensure that all the guests enjoyed their holiday. I did feel for them at times as some guests had totally unrealistic expectations....

First off, I am pleased to report that Room 8 is bed bug free! The chalet is comfortable and warm and the Nielson staff who looked after us were helpful and welcoming. The only complaint is that on two days the sauna was not switched on in time for the arrival of chilled and weary skiers after a hard day's...

This chalet is very nice indeed. Large and comfortable lounge area, spacious enough dining area, reasonable size bedrooms with a good size en-suite. There was a slight draft in the lounge area but with a jumper on you wouldn't notice it too much. The boot room is adequate enough. The pool and sauna area are well maintained although I didn't...

In fairness the chalet was OK, room not too poky and food a bit school dinner like (which I actually quite enjoy after a hard days skiing). The location means you can ski from the piste towards an adjacent property - a bit hairy but do-able and then it is a 10m walk. Similarly by going across the road and...

Having read previous reviews of this chalet after we had booked we were clearly a little worried, Thankfully any concerns were completely unfounded as we have just returned from the best chalet we have stayed in in 20 years. Nothing was too much trouble for the team of chalet hosts, who provided a better specification of service than advertised in...

We travelled to Chalet Les Andes for Xmas with the idea to get away from everything, ski lots and have all of the hassle removed from the festive period. It was a great week. The Chalet was excellent; well appointed, nice rooms, nice sauna and pool and great staff. It's a 6 minute walk to both the bars and the...

For those of you looking to stay at this resort, please avoid Room 8. The room is full of bed bugs to which Neilson (whom have known since Dec 2013) have yet cleared... We were relocated on the 3rd night as we had bites and dead and live bugs living with us. As we have since found out the chalet...

Sorry to have to say but we are really disappointed. After being loyal Neilson customers for years, our time is over with them. I have never felt the need to complain with Neilson before but the last couple of holidays with them seem to be just going downhill. We returned to this Chalet after having such a great holiday there...

Let me start by explaining this chalet cost £1400ea with passes ,so in the better price bracket. On entering our room we were confronted with, bread crumbs on our side board, then food wrappers in our wardrobe & also they were very dirty. Then on entering the bathroom, we found that the sink would not drain, also the shower had...
