Travelled out with Crystal on Christmas Eve. Hotel is in brilliant location for those who ski 2 minutes to Palafour and 5 minutes to Toviere lifts. However on arrival had to carry luggage up hill from bus drop off to hotel. Took only 5 minutes but pavements were very icy. Had to repeat process on return at 5.00 am. A...

Stayed here for a week as part of Crystal ski package. Arrived on Christmas Eve, Swedish Christmas menu with table service, great meal. Dinner was at either 1830 or 2030. You have to book early to get the earlier times. All meals were restaurant quality, no choice, but lots of variety in the week. Some in our party thought the...

3* recently refurbished hotel close to slopes, restaurants, buses , ski school and supermarkets. Rooms not large but good use of space and comfortable. Shower & toilet area not entirely private so you need to leave your modesty at the door. Rooms regularly cleaned - daily, but towel service more erratic. No hairdryer despite what brochure states. Reception said there...

I was slightly hesitant to book this hotel as most of the reviews were pretty old and mixed when I looked, but I’m pleased to say that any concerns I had were unfounded The Good: We arrived late at 2am and were still greeted by a friendly member of staff. Location Excellent. 2 Mins to Chairlifts, Seconds away from Restaurants,...

The only part of the holiday which was a let down was the hotel. The rooms are tiny, the glass shower and w/c facilities are not private. The water from the shower runs out into the bedroom and the cupboard space is not enough. After 2 days the hotels main chef walked off and it was evident that there wasn,t...

This hotel was fantastic and was far better then the 3 stars it's got. There were three Lounges that were comfortable and stylish. The bedrooms were the same quality with a very comfortable bed with plenty of room. Also the bed base was cut short to allow the cases to be stored underneath very clever. Also plenty of storage. The...

As others mention this is a great location almost Ski in/out. Since we last visited it has had a complete refurb and is a really nice hotel. Yes the rooms are smallish but that is standard in Ski locations around Europe. Three things that need fixing: 1 The patio doors in the bedrooms. Ours wouldn't close properly (the seal was...

The rooms are just big enough to stay there comfortably. They are nicely decorated and functional. Our room had a modern walk-in shower cabin with hand and overhead (rain) showers. Half of the rooms have a nice view on the lake and the valley.

much the cheapest online available room for a father & son pre-Xmas ski. it was perfect for a boys holiday. as previous reviews have noted the rooms are small - if you don't bring the cat or the kitchen sink that doesn't matter. the breakfast is a feast and the reception staff are lovely. my only beef (poor pun) is...

Great staff, very professional and friendly. The hotel is located good, not ski in ski out, but almost. The design of the hotel is exquisite and the rooms are small but exactly what you need. Spotless, well managed, just a great experience! The food in the restaurant is good & the breakfast is very nice. No real reason to leave...
