This place is a 3*** Belambra chain club but for 1/3 of the price has adopted similar services as Club Med (only 500 m away). Great food ("theme" dinners with several choices including "easy" kid's food" or regional specialties), comfortable rooms, nice bar with pool, kids clubs for all ages, convenient spa area and most certainly fantastic location - 200...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Close to ski lifts in Val Claret, clean rooms, well designed hotel. Each room has its own ski locker in the boot room with a passcode that you can set yourself. Breakfast is excellent and dinner is even better with a wide and varied choice every night. Staff spoke English and were helpful and friendly....

Great hotel, in a great location. No more than 2 minutes from either Express Chairs. The food was very good with the staff maintaining the areas very well. My only gripe of the entire experience is the coffee at breakfast. It's from a machine and neither of us liked it. However, next door is Planks Coffee shop, where we went...

We stayed here 2 years ago and were very impressed then. We were worried by the change of owners - but needn't have been. The boot room lockers have been upgraded. Maybe a bit snug if trying to fit 3 pairs of skis but 2 pairs was fine The hotel was warm and clean and the food quality excellent and...

Stayed here 3 years ago when under old management (diva) travelled with Crystal ski. Flights and arrival/ transfer were all ok. Arrived at hotel, room was ready, lovely view over slopes. Fantastic location for lifts/ski school. Food was OK although not as good as previous visit, we spoke to several other couples who had returned and all said the same....

This hotel was very good. Friendly staff on reception as we checked in. Very helpful and pleasant. The room's that we stayed in was ok. Double bed and two singles. Comfortable. The separate toilet and bathroom was a good idea but the fact that they didn't have extractors that worked. Hence steam and smells! Food on first morning was a...

Clean, warm rooms provided everything we needed for a weeks skiing. Ski boots and skis held on the ground floor, walk out 3-5 minutes on the ski lifts or the Funicular. The restaurant supplied great food for breakfast and evening meal - always varied and tasty.

We travelled here last February half term. It is in a great location close to lifts, ski school, shops, restaurants etc. We had a family room with bunk beds... far too small for a family of four (kids aged 11 & 9) with no space at all for clothes, bags, no hooks etc to hang up ski kit etc. Buffet...

The hotel is in a great location in Val Claret. The lifts to all parts of the resort are located about a minutes walk away from the hotel. The hire shop for Crystal customers is next door. If you have stayed in Le Lac, this is a god send. Furthermore, the staff are amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The...

The rooms are very basic but clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and lots of it. Also, there is wine on tap!! Above an Irish bar, so does get loud at night, depending which side of the hotel you stay. The lift is 3 minute walk away
