Just back from the alpina last week, i was a little worried before we went after reading some of the reviews on here, but don't let this put you off, its a great hotel, the rooms are not massive, but have everything you need, very warm, very clean, free very good wifi, tv with a few English channels, and a...

This was one of the most enjoyable stays I have had skiing. Considering the relatively inexpensive outlay, this place is situated perfectly- very close to the main Tichot chairlift and Grand Motte funicular railway. The rooms, whilst a little shabby were perfectly functional and comfortable, but best of all was the food. I couldn't fault the chefs. They really tried...

I read a few reviews of this hotel before going and was a little apprehensive but was very pleasantly surprised. I have no idea what people expect for the price and star rating but I was there with two of my kids, one grown up and one teenage and we all found the food to be great and plentiful and...

This hotel is lack in maintanence and providing basic services to its clients. The only best workers who made things better and easier for us during our stay were the Spanish waitress & the chef in dining area. We chose the HB option - Food was amazing. Vegetarians & vegans would be so disappointed as there are no wide range...

This hotel was excellent value for those looking for a no frills holiday. Great location, plenty of food and lots of hot water and comfortable beds. The restaurant manager is welcoming, the rest of the restaurant staff and reception staff need some customer service training and are often stressed but with the exception of this we had a great week...

We went in March half board for a week, and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It seems a lot of the negative reviews were from previous years - I wonder if it has been turned around the last year or so? Our room (we booked 2-4 person for myself and my gf) was decent sized, with a spare bunk...

Booked half board at this hotel through Crystal. Was slightly concerned given some of the reviews I'd read. On arrival the room was indeed quite small and not exactly a five star UK hotel. However, the room was warm, memory foam mattress which gave an amazing sleep after 9 hours on the slopes, a lovely balcony and an endless supply...

Stayed in late Feb and had a great week's skiing. The hotel is ample for what you need it for, good evening meal, quiet, excellent lift access. It's not a 5 star hotel but you know that when you book it. The staff are friendly and attentive, would return no problem.

Stayed with 2 friends for a week's skiing in one of the small apartments with a double bed and a separate bunk room with two bunks. We were half board. The rooms were clean and warm with pleasant decor. The shower had no wall holder, but apart from that everything, including the coffee machine, worked fine. Breakfast buffet was very...

Having read the poor reviews of this hotel I wasn't expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised. Bear in mind this is a three star hotel so we weren't expecting luxury. We were three friends on a ski trip and paid the little bit extra to upgrade to the quad room. We had a god size kitchen area, one...
