Myself and 11 other friends booked a one week ski holiday to Tignes France, staying at Chalet Chardonnet with Inghams Holidays. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by our representative who gave us a warm welcome and detailed information about our stay including route, accommodation, facilities and activities. On our journey from the airport to the chalet we...

First and foremost, I can not fault the staff we had, had it not been for their professionalism and enthusiasm we would have pushed for a move! The room we stayed in was tiny and I'm talking even a hobbit would struggle, the en suite, well I've seen bigger in a caravan! You had to enter the shower sideways as...

We travelled as a group of 15 on our annual ski holiday. We chose this chalet primarily because of the hot tub and sauna. We arrived at about 9 pm and were greated by the Chalet staff who were excellent and provided us with our first hot meal. Breakfast was served promptly with a wide choice. There was always tea/coffee...

Chalet is in a decent location, 5 minute walk to the slopes and that is all along flat pavement. Tines itself is a really nice resort with plenty to do when you're not skiing and access to a huge ski area when you are. The chalet itself is nice enough. The decor is a bit tired and the bathrooms especially...

We had a very good time here. On the plus side, it is convenient for the slopes, and the Inghams staff were friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming. The accommodation is comfortable and the food was plentiful and well cooked. On the negative side, I agree with some reviewers who have described the decor as a bit tired: both the bathrooms...

Spent a week in this delightful Chalet for a week on our annual ski trip in March 2015. The facilities were clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the food was just fantastic! Actually he best food I've ever had in a chalet - top class restaurant quality every night. The breakfast was also excellent...

Just back from a week with friends staying at Chalet Chardonnet. The chalet staff made the trip enjoyable from start to finish - Andy couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or informative. We received more information from him and tips than the rep! Richard and Sam were sensational always providing yummy cakes and food! A big thank you to them...

Last day of our week staying in Chalet Chardonnet. Would highly recommend it. Staff lovely. Food amazing- restaurant quality every evening. Best food I've ever had in a chalet. Clean, warm, good hot showers, great living room area. Our group filled the whole chalet so we tended to stay in after dinner and the living room area was perfect for...

The chalet is adequate and clean, the food good and wholesome and lovely cakes on return, always full tummies and plenty of wine. The inghams management is lacking and the young staff cover it well, they work tirelessly and always seem happy to make your holiday good. A lack of inspiration and organisation, rep slept all the way to resort...

We have just returned from a week as a lively group of 23, of mixed ages and generations! This chalet suited us very well. All en-suite, shallow stairs, plenty of seating, beautiful views. The young chalet staff worked hard and even prepared lunches for us to take on our return journey early in the morning. The food was variable, some...
