Wery terrible! Appartement was dirty, with broken furniture. Matrass was so filthy that you even dont want to sleep in it. No vacum cleaner avaliable in the room, so when you want to clean appartement your self (to save money on cleaning staff) only what you get is broken brush. I dont recoment to stay in this place if you...

You get what you pay for, literally in this case. To be fair, the location is excellent for both access to the slopes and Val Claret centre. The apartment was clean and warm albeit extremely basic. In my opinion, the kitchen isn't much use except for creating a continental breakfast and given the cost of eating out in Tignes, it...

Clean, warm and cosy apartment. Yes it's small and simple but was perfect for my 4 friends and I. Practically ski in ski out, reasonable staff and fab pizza place 1 minute walk away. Large dinning room area and equipped kitchen, the beds weren't uncomfortable and I got plenty of sleep each night to prepare for a full following day...

Okay so me and 4 friends stayed here and we were very worried as we had read a lot of negative reviews. I can honestly say that we were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation. Reception was really helpful and spoke good English but not always open. Rooms are small and basic but they have everything you need. Kitchen had a...

Staying here with Crystal ski in a C1 apartment for 4 people. Kitchen is ok but missing some utensils such as scissors and even a can opener. Shower has no bracket to hang the head on so showering is a pain. Water is hot and bath fills quick. We are in the block without reception in it. The staff spoke...

Just back from a week here and these are the key points in no particular order: •reception is rarely open even at the times displayed •the apartment is the size of a hotel bedroom •the noise from the fridge would keep you awake at night if you could get asleep with all the noise in the corridors •no security or...

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Using a cold hose to shower myself every night was very refreshing and also gave me an insight as to what it was like living in the 15th Century. Sleeping on a thin sheet on the floor was an incredible sleeping experience. The first thing I'm doing when I get home is chucking my...

I was very nervous when I read the reviews below but our experience was much better. We had no problems with noise, the apartment was clean on our arrival and we received our deposit back. The low point was the check in which took possibly 15 minutes (albeit they let us check in an hour earlier than printed on the...

Basic but good enough. It does the job. We went with great trepidation considering the reviews, but this place is ok. Its tiny, and dated and basic, but what do you need. If you are looking for 5 star do not come here. If you want a place to sleep, eat and shower its great. We are a family of...

Very disappointing compared with other similar accommodation in the same resort. Very bad smell on ground floor in the area of the ski room and on the stairwell. Security light on stairs not working. Poor kitchen facilities in terms of self catering. Kitchen has just two rings close to each other, so impossible to have two medium pots on both...
