Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Well location is amazing, great after skiing, lovely rooms and great breakfast. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the service was always dedicated and full of attention. They really make you feel welcome as privileged guests. Our young adults loved the place.

Wow, this place just gets better and better. We have visited tge bar and restaurant for over 10 years, staying for the first time last March, we enjoyed it so much and returned 8th Jan for 6 nights.
Our expectations were surpassed in so many ways, yes the snow wasn’t the best, however, Thomas and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday and really did go the extra mile - thank you especially to Thomas and Antoin for avoriaz, much appreciated.
We stayed in a double room with large balcony, spacious enough for two and very comfortable, spotlessly clean.
Excellent breakfast every morning, plenty of options.
The best location in the village.
The food and service is excellent, all of the staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome, we have stayed in several hotels and chalets over the years, this is hands down our favorite and our preferred option, fingers crossed we can get a room in March
Thank you for a great stay

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is in the most perfect location. There is an inside outside bar right at bottom of slopes.
Sadly there was no snow. We skied the first day on the only run open - sheet ice. Then it closed.
We met friends and went to other places. Icy. Then no visibility when it did snow.
However, the hotel was amazing. So kind and friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was great we ate there twice. Their special of “rognons de veau “ was delicious.

Breakfast was great. Very fresh croissant and pain au chocolat. A spread of meats and cheese, fresh bread, home made jams, fruit, yogurts etc. Also they had scrambled egg and bacon in a hot thing you helped yourself to.

And a cute thing to make a boiled egg.

The staff were amazing just so kind and helpful. That’s everyone, reception, bar housekeeping.

We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Thank you

Great location, good rooms and clean. Also the Red Ski show was pretty cool to watch from our balcony.

Not sure about value for money. Didn't feel welcome. Management could be more hospitable and service focused. An example of this is when we requested assistance in arranging a transfer back to Switzerland. We requested assistance on two occasions and both of these were met with management providing us with contact details of all the French speaking transfer companies in the area. This of course was useless as we couldn't communicate with them over the phone. Fortunately I took the Uber driver that dropped us contact details and he gladly assisted. This is merely one of the examples of little to no service being provided at the hotel.

The reason someone books a hotel and not an airbnb is to receive some sort of service. I could have booked a self catering place for a quarter of the price and received the same level of service. Next time I will do exactly that.

This is a Traditional French hotel with a contemporary feel.It is ran by the Mugnier family who made us feel very welcome, even with my very limited French. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated with a cosy alpine feel. We stayed here on a half board basis, the breakfast was a traditional French buffet breakfast with a set 3 course evening meal. There was no issue in changing anything on the menu if it didn’t suit your dietary requirements. The food was of a very high standard, all the staff were very warm and friendly and nothing was ever to much trouble. The location at the bottom of the piste with the Apres Ski Bar makes this the ideal place to stay. Thanks to Tom and his Family for a great holiday.

Situated at the end of the run back to the town , next to the ski school and 200metres from the main lifts, this family hotel could not be better positioned in Les Gets. This is a fantastic family resort. The best apres ski, indeed the only true apres ski which starts as the skiers leave the snow,is also at this hotel! Can’t get better than that. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked for Demi pension being breakfast and dinner but they’re not offering this option this season. The breakfast is good. Only one small criticism.. the ski room lacks individual boot warming devices.. warmed metal rods that you slide the boot onto and they are beautifully warmed and softened to fit easily the next morning.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. Its a typical family-run french chalet/hotel located in Les Gets. If you want to go to Les Gets and location is important for you, then don't look further. This hotel is ski in/out, just nearby is school (20m), very close to lifts. We had the package included breakfast / dinner. Dinner was always good and you can ask what you want before and they try to have it for you. Hotel bar is outside and perfect place to chill out with friends after hitting the slopes. However keep in mind that this is not 5 star hotel and do not expect any swimming pool, spa, or room service.

We didn't stay at this Hotel but had some lovely lunches here after a ski morning. The staff were very friendly and gave good service. The restaurant is right on the slopes so gives a lovely view. Would recommend the food.

Hiya SSpud, Sorry can't remember the room number but it was great; it was one on the 1st floor (which hadn't been "modernised") and was slightly larger than some of the modernised ones. The nice balcony overlooked the lively apres-ski bar and the major ski-lift station quite near to the hotel. I do recommend the hotel though and personally would go back to the Bellevue even to a smaller room rather than go to another hotel aux Gets. Good luck. Alastair.
