Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here for the second time first time was 2017 returned 2023.
The hotel is in a perfect location for skiing and access to the town, extremely relaxed atmosphere and the food is incredible both breakfast and evening meal.
Marie is an amazing host and Patrick Ludo and Urai were just fantastic and made the holiday.
I will definitely be returning.

This hotel may be only two star however hospitality, warmth and professionalism is 5 star plus. Location exceptional as good as ski in and out and right in the centre of town. Marie is an outstanding host and her staff are a credit to the business. Within reason the team will do their utmost to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Yes the rooms may be small, however, that to one side, we would have no hesitation in returning. Thank you so much Marie

The chalet was really lovely.
Arrived late on Friday night and the chef Francois had an amazing meal cooked for my boyfriend and I, four courses including a cheese board!!

Great location (close to ski lift)
Ski hire directly downstairs
Food was amazing. Recommend half board option.
Staff couldn't have been nicer
Room was clean and had a lovely mountain view (although maybe on the small side)

Arrived Thursday lunch departed Sunday lunch - just enough skiing for us older people !!! Aiguille Blanche was well situated next to a challenging button lift / red run but only 3 mins walk to the red bubble lift which takes you to the green / blue runs alongside reds & the rest of the ski area Rooms were the usual very small size, food & hospitality excellent.. The host & all the staff were lovely. Special mention for the food which was 1st class. cosy lounge area with big screen tv. Hot tub best not mentioned.

Hotel phoned the day before to say we could pick up key after 2pm from the ski shop below.
Arrived at 11.30, ski shop organised the key, entertained us for 5 mins whilst room was finished cleaning, then showed us to our room. Perfect start.
Got ready to ski and were then given 30% off ski hire for being guest in the hotel.
Ski slope + lift 20m from front door.
As an adult found food good, but not so good for teenager.
Staff were great.
Wifi good for streaming movies, but no English channels on TV.
Great holiday, shame about 2 days of rain.

This was for a ski trip and our stay was my 1st visit, and my friend's 4th in this small and personal hotel; so that says a lot!
LOCATION: EXCELLENT; there is a ski shop (Grenier a Skis) directly underneath with favourable rates for hotel guests. From the ski shop, the nearest lift is about 20metres away. The hotel is in the centre of town, but in a side street, so no noisy apres-skiers returning home at 2am!
FOOD: Breakfasts are filling and a cross between a 'French continental' and a 'UK full English, Scottish, etc'. The evening meal is set each morning, though I suspect from chatting with the owner, there is flexibility. There is always an option of Fondue or Raclette, etc. Our visit coincided with the chef's night off and a meal had been arranged in a nearby restaurant.
STAFF: Marie-France (the owner) and her staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They speak good English and are genuinely concerned to make sure you have a good time.
COMMUNICATION: A couple of emails queries prior to arriving were quickly responded to.
ROOMS: They are not large, but are very clean and comfortable and spacious enough for 2 adults - the showers are a bit of a squeeze though for the larger chap like myself.
OTHER FACILITIES: I can't recall seeing mention of a hot-tub on the Booking.com site. But there is one and the dressing gowns and slippers are very welcome when using it - not at the same time of course!!
So in conclusion, a great hotel and we're already planning a return there next year

Great accommodation in a super spot.
Well presented breakfast with a good choice.
Marie was very helpful with advice and let us keep our room
on our departure day as we had a late pm pick up and of course
allowed for more skiing and a welcome shower before leaving!.
So handy with the ski hire shop below and a big discount on rentals.
Will definitely stay again next time we visit Les Gets.

This was just what we wanted. Relaxed, helpful and flexible accommodation. The rooms are simple but very clean and wonderfully warm! Marie is super helpful and a font of knowledge. The chalet is close to everything and free parking was a bonus. We will be back!

What a wonderful place to stay, Marie and Kim couldn’t be anymore helpful and welcoming over our Christmas stay. Perfectly placed for value for money and convenient ski hire. Perfectly placed for the main ski lift and perfectly placed for the towns restaurants and bars. Lovely stay Thank you :)
