We had a week on our own then were joined by the family, children and grandchildren for a week. Two different weeks the first week very chilled with a lovely room, wonderful food and we really enjoyed the time with the other guests, friendships made as we skied with them and then socialised in the evenings. Jane and Rob joined us skiing and the pick ups and drop offs were so welcome at the start and end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble. Sarah even found time to join me at a spa session whilst my husband skied. We couldn't have had a better week. Then the family came and they were looked after so well. Childrens teatime was catered for with thought and parental input welcomed. The staff ran round after us dropping off and collecting as we needed in order to get everyone to the right places. The hot tub and kir royales eased aching muscles and refreshed tired parents. Once again the other guests were great ski companions and post dinner chatting continued long after we'd finished eating. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday, we'll be back!

Jane, Rob and team are amazing. The Chalet itself is lovely but it is definitely the staff that make this such a lovely place to stay. We stayed in the large attic room with a bathroom shared with the chalet staff, this was no problem at all and we would happily stay in this room again. The food is fantastic; the children's meal which is plentiful, tasty and well suited to children, the adult meals are just amazing and we loved to chalet type meals of all eating together. Rob and Jane often joined us for dinner and happily answered questions about the best places to ski. Our 11 year old daughter really enjoyed the visit and all the staff really make the Chalet a wonderful place to visit as a family, our special thanks go to Sarah, who are daughter thought was wonderful.

We were so lucky as Jane took us out on our last day of skiing across to Mont Cherry, somewhere we hadn't felt brave enough to venture, we explored so far and it was wonderful to have such an amazing guide and friend for the day. We visited in British February half term and yet it was busy but manageable. This was our second visit to Les Gets and we fell in love with it all over again, Chalet Bluebell was the icing on the cake and we can't wait to stay again. Our huge thanks to Jane and team, we look forward to being able to stay with you all again soon.

Hospitality was amazing nothing was too much trouble we were taken into the village and shown where to get all our ski equipment, taken into the village when we’re heading out and picked up when we wanted to come back.

Our first winter holiday experience we were so spoilt.

Our chef Andy was so obliging with our dietary requirements food was delicious, vino to go with meals too, perfect.

The hot tub was a lovely touch and well needed after a day trying to ski!

Our only criticism would be that the room we had been allocated was extremely compact.

Not only was this our first family Christmas away from home but it was also our first experience of a fully catered chalet. Well, it could not have been better! From the outset of the booking process Jane was hugely helpful and responsive and on arrival we were greeted so warmly by Robert, Jane, Ciara and Carissa. It was the perfect start to a perfect holiday.

Not only did we have Christmas to celebrate but it was also our 9 year old's birthday a few days beforehand and all of the staff made the biggest fuss of our son including a present, homemade cake and a birthday card. We were treated like family throughout our stay.

There are many highlights but particular mention needs to be to Carissa and Ciara. Carissa's food was fabulous and delicious, she always went the extra mile to make us feel special with a constant smile on her face despite the pressures of a busy and demanding kitchen. Ciara, on her first season, looked after us so happily. The chalet was always spotless and our bedrooms and bathrooms cleaned daily, without hesitation, to an outstanding level. Ciara couldn't have done more for us all and was a complete delight. And, finally, Robert and Jane made us feel so welcome and instantly at home. They did everything they could possibly do for us, and more, to make our stay so memorable including spending days with us on the slopes guiding us when we weren't sure where we should be going and driving us either to the village or Avoriaz at a drop of a hat. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Chalet Bluebell is a very special chalet with the strap line "arrive as guests, leave as friends" which completely happened to us. Thank you all! xx

We found Chalet Bluebell on Secret Escapes and have discovered a gem. Jane, Rob and the team work hard to make everyone feel welcome, comfortable and at home. Nothing is too much trouble. The food was excellent, the bed very comfortable and the hospitality most enjoyable. The transfers were smooth and prompt. The lifts to and from the slopes work really well although we opted to walk back in the afternoon after leaving skis and boots in the shop. We had a great morning on Mont Chery with Rob too. We hope to return!

We booked the whole chalet for 22 people (mixture of children and adults) for a week from 17 Dec to 24 Dec. Jane and the team were fabulous, even before we arrived. Lots of advice asked for and quickly responded to, transfers booked, room layouts were perfect for our group and everything was so straightforward! Once we arrived, things just got better. Quick pickup at Geneva and smooth transfer. We walked into freshly baked cookies and hot drinks before being driven into town to sort out kit, passes and lessons. Jane and members of the team came along to ensure that everything was ok and that any issues were quickly resolved. One of the things that was amazing was that we could call the chalet at any time and within 5 minutes one of the team would pick us up from the resort and drive us back to the chalet (or we walked for 10 mins!). We even got into a routine of the kids being picked up first so that they could have dinner early whilst we all enjoyed a bit of apres ski. Kate, Jim, Paris and Alfie looked after us tremendously well – thank you!! - and Jiri cooked us amazing food every morning and evening (we all looked forward to seeing the evening menu every morning). It really felt like 24-hour service and nothing was too much trouble. The first 4 days of skiing were fabulous. However, we saw some rain on days 5 & 6. Jane took us to Avoriaz as the snow was much better there on those days. I am not sure that other chalets would be able to deal with this type of problem as effectively. By the middle of the week, many in the group were already discussing when we would be coming back!! The chalet has nice rooms, a good size dining room, lounge area on the first floor and a six seat hot-tub. The kids also enjoyed sledging at the back of the chalet. Overall, we all had an excellent ski holiday in a great chalet with superb hosts and staff. We loved our week at Chalet Bluebell!!

We booked Chalet Blubell for a girls short 4 night stay and it was a massive success. After a prompt pick up at the airport and a short transfer (included in the price) to Les Gets we settled in to Chalet Blubell. The chalet is homely, the bedrooms are a little small but cosy. There is a warm welcoming lounge on the first floor where we enjoyed pre dinner bubbly and chats with the other guests about their day.The dining room is on the ground floor where everyone comes together for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal. The food was really tasty and plentiful as was the wine. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Hannah took us into the village to show us the ski hire shop (where we were able to leave skis etc at the end of the day) and all the important places we might need, chemists, ATM etc. Rob and Jane are very hands on owners and Rob guided us round the slopes much to our delight and saved us having to check the piste maps. It was my first visit back to Les Gets in 10 years and it has become a very grown up village with many more little shops, bars and restaurants, many with live music. Snow conditions were superb. I would definitely recommend Chalet Bluebell.Thank you Rob and Jane.

We booked Chalet Bluebell for our first family ski trip with our two boys - aged 5 and 7, and another family of four. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location, food and service were all out of this world. Nothing was ever too much trouble and it felt like a real home from home. Jane looked after our kids for us one evening so we could enjoy an adult only evening out and Jane and Eleanor (lovely chalet host) one afternoon so we could enjoy a longer day skiing. Even picking up the kids from various ski schools and dropping them back at a lift for us. Incredible.

Rob and Jane have created something so special that I have never experienced before having stayed in many chalets. It was great getting to know other guests during pre-dinner bubbles, tea and cake and over dinner (food and wine both really lovely). We also went out skiing with Rob and some other guests one afternoon which was great.

I can not recommend highly enough. Thank you Jane, Rob and staff for a lovely break. We will be back!

A lovely welcome at Chalet bluebell, Jane was like an extra mum ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. Lovely chalet hosts and a fab chef too. Christmas was made super special with a visit from father Christmas on Christmas day and unexpected presents for all guests 😊 thank you for making us so welcome. Only one thing to remember is to check all chalet cupboards, hangers and shelves when you come to leave as items tend to end up everywhere and we forgot out coats! Nevertheless, Jane organised another taxi firm to drop them at the airport for us, showing that nothing was too much for them. Unfortunately, we got home to realise we'd left 5 pairs of gloves behind the pipes too! Nevermind, it will just give us an excuse to come back and visit the lovely Les Gets another time 😊

What can I say, Jane who runs it is a marvel. Nothing is too much trouble and you feel so at home it’s quite divine. Food fabulous, comfortable beds and hot tub for after a days skiing. What more could you ask for? Just go and enjoy the area and company you won’t be disappointed. We will be back next year far more competent I hope! Shout out for chalet girls and drivers too all super helpful. X
