We spent a couple of nights in this hotel located in the center of Les Gets. It has an underground parking for those coming by car. The room was spacious with a kitchenette (useful during the pandemic) and service was excellent. We got breakfast brought up to our room every morning and a room was put at our disposal before our departure so that we could take a shower. The owners welcomed us and were very friendly. Great service ! I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

We were a group of eight going skiing and booked the hotel based on it's fantastic location and the fact they had suitable rooms for our group. The service was excellent, the breakfast was great and prepared you for a day on the slopes. Walking distance to all the hire shops and lifts, good restaurants and bars in the village. Fantastic swimming pool and hot tub for a post-ski chilli out! The rooms were clean and modern in a proper ski chalet to get you into the mood. I would highly recommend!

We booked this hotel as the reviews looked good and close to the slopes. Last year we stayed at morzine and our hotel was a long walk from the lifts and the food and wine wasn’t cheap. When we turned up Edith was very welcoming and the showed us our rooms which were very clean and had enough space for 3 people. The breakfast the next morning was great all you could ask for. The restaurant in Les Gets are really good. The are cheap and a few really nice. We ate at vina Annapurna which I can say was one of the best meals I have ever had. The wine menu was top notch. We will book this hotel again next year for our boys trip if we are aloud to travel again.

We booked on the basis of TA good reviews but this hotel didn’t do it for us. We had booked an apartment with a kitchen and were planning to have dinner there on our first night in Les Gets. However the first plates we took from the cupboard were dirty, so were the forks, and we struggled to even find a clean mug. Rather p***d off we went out for dinner. Beware there is not even a hand soap in the bathroom. We mentioned our disappointment to the owner the following morning when we left by 10am, but nothing was done, not even towels changed when we came back in the afternoon. Later on, we found a chair in front of our door with clean towels.
At check out no apologies, no mention of the issue... this is not a cheap place so our disappointment grew a few notches!
On the plus side this hotel is central, and the breakfast is very good.

Unfortunately, there was a serious oversight in the kitchen area and our room service sincerely apologizes. But we regret that the next day you banned access to your one bedroom suite by putting the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign (our team could have made up for their mistake). Our room service came to your door several times but could not come in, they ended up leaving a basket of towels in front of your door in case you needed them. Regarding the price you paid, ie 390.60 € for 2 nights with breakfast for 2 people included for one bedroom suite for 5 people, it seems that this price remains largely fair. Description: This one bedroom suite 5 persons - a bedroom with 2 beds (2mx0.90) -TV flat screen. - Private bathroom with shower and toilet, hair dryer, towel - A room with 3 beds (2mx0.90) -TV flat screen TV and kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, range hood microwave oven, dishwasher , electric kettle. pod coffee machine, Balcony - free Wi-Fi. - Balcony - telephone – safe. In this room it is not possible to add an extra bed. Regards Edith

We visit Les Gets every winter to ski but this was our first visit in Summer. This is a fabulous hotel. Edith is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. She helped us book a restaurant for lunch as the number I was using did not work.
The room we had was a small studio for 2 people. Is was clean and comfortable and the balcony overlooked the Mon Chery side of the village.
The location is as central as it gets. The breakfast was high quality with a good range of food to suit all tastes.
We will certainly return when we visit in the summer again. Thank you Edith and the hotel team.

We have just spent 4 nights at this family run hotel. We couldn’t believe how close to the slopes and the shops, bars and restaurants we were, the location was perfect.
The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome by the lovely owners. We will definitely book again when we visit Les Gets in the future.

Stayed here for 3 nights in January. On a weekend ski trip. Just 1 hour and a quarter hour from Geneva. Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Brilliant facilities. Lovely to have a spa and a swim after a days skiing. Good location in the village. Would highly recommend.

Despite a dated and rather eclectic web site this hotel surpassed our expectations and provided our small family of three comfortable, friendly, practical accommodation, perfect for one weeks skiing in the heart of Les Gets, France.
The hotel has recently gone through extensive refurb resulting in clean, tidy, warm accommodation as well as offering a warm, clean outside pool with views of the grand Mount Cherie piste and local church clock tower. A welcome reward post hard ski.
This hotel is not chic nor is it contemporary; on the contrary the decor is old fashioned "rural" with plenty of laminated word doc signs telling you in English and French what to do and where to go. One week of Alex Polizzi would not go amis and would certainly help the owners generate more attention from affluent punters.
However, beneath the lacklustre decor the hotel is good quality, with rooms akin to English Holiday Inns;- clean, utilitarian and unpretentious. Quite frankly if putting up with some in house Microsoft signage means continued lower room rates and the absence of "powder snobs" then all well and good.
If you enjoy red and black runs then access to these pistes are a 2 minute walk in ski boots if you are looking for blues greens and nursery slopes then a 10 minute flat walk along the main town road is required. Though there is a town taxi train that will collect and drop off.
Vermont ski hire is immediately across the road (20% hotel discount) as well as a great deli, post office and many many restaurants in touching distance. The hotel is situated a little away from the main town centre near the church which ensures a quiet night sleep.
The in house restaurant offers excellent service though the menu too large, too confusing and again put together using clip art and laminated word docs. The breakfast is help yourself to a wide selection of hot and cold, plus fruit and coffee
We were made to feel extremely welcome by the owner, Elaine who works very hard to please. Safe, simple, warm, practical, comfortable accommodation with rural charm if not a little too "home made" in places. We will be back.

Fantastic hotel, great welcome, good price. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna all open in the winter with good timings and no extra cost. Convenient for skiing. Stayed with my daughter and no complaints. Remember to bring dishwasher tabs if you intend to use the kitchenette; and shampoo and conditioner. Used Alpybus for transfer - excellent. UsedHub for ski hire - excellent price, brand new kit this season, right at the bottom of the drag lift next to Chavannes Express so convenient for storing kit at the end of the day - would thoroughly recommend them.
