Detailed Reviews
We stayed at Chalet Hotel Regina in what they classified a triple room - we did NOT book a double and ask for an extra single to be put in. The room is just not a triple and should not be sold as such. There is no physical room with the double and single bed which are literally side by side, the only room is literally between the double bed and the bathroom door. The room was boiling, you have to ask for fresh towels and chase for toilet roll and to have the room made up. There is nothing really 'hotel' about this place, it is a basic hotel with the one plus being its location. The walls are wafer thin and we unfortunately stayed next to a revolting family from the UK who spent most of each waking morning shouting and swearing, all totally audible. Staff eat breakfast by the counter where the cheese and meat is set and one staff member used her fingers to take from the buffet place, disgusting. Marc works hard to please guests, however the coffee machine is poor and for E12.50 pp there are better options elsewhere in the town. Between midday and 3pm the lounge area is locked so basically you can either go to your room or have to go elsewhere, my wife was not skiing so the plan for her was to do some work in the day at the chalet, not ideal. Despite it great location i would not stay there again and suggest you look elsewhere.

The location was truly ski in ski out and close to everything. We didn’t need a car because we could walk everywhere. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was more like a bedroom with a double bed, and a closet with bunk beds. You could not sit up in either bunk bed, so if you’re claustrophobic, you wouldn’t want to stay here. It was very clean and nicely appointed with cookware and dishes. The WiFi was completely unreliable and didn’t work most of the time. The staff seemed annoyed when I asked them to reset it.

For > 200 euros for a family room, you are entitled to expect, like many other similar local hotels, a cosy, friendly feeling atmosphere. However, the truth is that the room we had was tired, hot and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. We hoped for a really nice breakfast, again, like many other places here have offered. However, there was no proper filter coffee. Instead, a stupid machine that caused the coffee mugs to overflow, provides a sweet and very disappointing cup of muck.
Frankly, what this place needs is a kick up the backside. However, I suspect that because the demand in the area for accommodation is so high, management gets away with mediocrity. A real shame; we will not be staying here again.
Message for management: if you want to learn what good service looks like, learn a lesson from some amazing local businesses like doorstep skis and La Crémaillère.

Having just returend from 4 nights at Chalet Regina i felt compelled to write a review.
Before travelling i had read several bad reveiws and did not have high hopes for our stay, however i am pleased to say we had a great time. The hotel locaton cannot be beaten, right in the middle of Les gets - 2 mins walk you are at the bottom of the slope! Conventiently loated near many bars, restaurants and ski hire shops.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was also good - Pastries, bread, cheese, ham, fruit, yogurt etc
All in all a very good stay at Chalet Regina, as a budget hotel option this is a very good choice.

Perfect location for our family! Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. We loved our stay!
We travelled with kids and grandparents so it was perfect as a short walk to the ski lift and close to all amenities.
The only recommendation for the hotel would be that there is an apartment right next to the lounge area, therefore when we socialised here we had to be very quiet as the walls were thin. However the whole experience was wonderful! We had a great stay!

Fantastic location 2 minutes walk from ski lifts. The self catering apartment was spacious and comfortable for 8 people. Right next door to supermarket and close to lively bars. The staff were very helpful. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant but they looked very appealing.

We stayed here in jan 2020. It was a last minute find as our other apartment cancelled on us. Lovely little place with everything you need. The best bit is the location. Central to all the lifts and right next door to the supermarket. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

I used to enjoy this hotel many years ago… now it’s just a dirty hostel with unhelpful staff…. I agree completely with review below… the lounge and bar were the best parts of this hotel and now both are closed… will never stay here again…. Avoid at all costs.

This is my first review ever - believe it or not but feel compelled to report. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment in March 2020. Accomodation was clean and spacious. Dodgy light in one of the bedrooms but they had put a lamp to compensate. This was perfectly adequate. We didn't eat in the hotel (lots of kids) but were very pleased with what we got for the price. Good value for money. We left when all hell was breaking loose in the UK (COVID-19). Les Gets closed down and we were left on Sunday with no way of returning our skis/boots. Thank you kind receptionist who went over and above the call of duty, contacted a friend of a friend who knew the ski shop owner and who arranged for us to return our skis (and collect our own boots - we thought we would have to leave them behind!). Restaurant staff also very helpful out of hours. My 5 star review reflects my experience overall - I will be rebooking with them next year.

Great location but the pictures for breakfast looked OK but there was so much missing, no cheese, no ham, to have a roll, ( like advertised, I'd asked the staff for a slice of cheese but there was none at all) and cooked breakfast was baked beans, hotdog sausages and very wet eggs, ( I'm allergic to eggs) & there was no hotdogs so I could only have beans and bread, I wouldn't minded but we were down between 8:20-8:50 on the mornings. My friends had room 31 with a balcony, so if you book ask for that room( great views at the ski fields and a lot more than other rooms,
