I chose to book this hotel after a week of skiing with my family. The pictures on the Accorhotels.com website looked very promising and when I saw the pool and hot tub I knew this would be the perfect place to stay. We arrived before the official check-in time and the staff were very helpful in getting our room available...

Carine is amazing and the night porter was incredibly helpful. Hotel is okay and did the job for our family on an overnight stay. Breakfast was okay and beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Town is a bit of a non event but the hotel can't do anything about that!

Four families stayed at this hotel whilst we were skiing. The hotel and staff dealt with our large group with total professionalism. A large group can be overwelming but they looked after us well. The rooms were nice and roomy, staff were all very polite and friendly. Looking forward to next year.

Very very disappointed, would never stay at this hotel again. Found staff to very rude all accept one and noticed the locals would get attended to quicker than others. Service in restaurant varied in terms of whether you were give bread and water with your evening meal very trivial I know. All in all very disappointed.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are dismayed, I do not understand what happened with the waiters at the hotel. We would like to prove to you that this attitude is exceptional. regards

Visited for 3 nights with family of five. We arrived around midnight however the check-in was smooth with a really friendly and helpful night manager. The rooms were set out as requested with x2 singles in one room and x3 in the other. Unfortunately one of the rooms had a funny smell which we highlighted the following day. The reception...

Thank you for your very detailed comments which help us to progress. You can have an express breakfast at 8 euros at the bar with a hot drink, juice and vienoiserie. We love this place! The Privilege room is amazing, spatious with a nice balcony. Very clean, very helpful desk relation. I didn't like they don't have consierge for the luggages. The parking is quit full in the area but it's free. The acces thrue free parking is very easy just near the hotel. The breakfest is quite ok but repetitive...

The staff at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and speak English well. The room I had was large and modern - large bed, modern furniture and lovely luxurious bathroom. This is not like the 'bog standard' ski hotels you get in many resorts. The breakfast was very good - lots of choice and plenty of it. The only negative...

Bad service, smoke smelling rooms in non smoking property (even provides ash trays in every room). The hotel only has single beds, if you book double they just push 2 beds together. Cleaning is also not their strong point, you're likely to find the bath tub not only cleaned but filled with previous owners hair, visibly lying around. The staff...

Nice hotel, but we have been cold all night, even with the heater at the max; which is quite a shame for a four stars hotel... But anyway, it is well located, nice restaurant, nice people. Breakfast is perfect. Still expensive though.

The rooms are very nice, clean bright and airy, plenty of storage pace, although they should provide more clothes hangers, good modern bathrooms. Big comfy bed, no problems with the room. However, the service in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired,it seems to me to be lacking in management because although the serving staff did their best we had...
