Having booked in and then being told that there was a €15 charge for car parking really annoyed me! The hotel is shabby and needs a renovation. It is convenient to the town and restaurants. Staff are friendly. The pool is a raised one and a little small but too much chlorine. A converted olive oil mill. Quirky but not...

From the arrival on we felt like at home. We had a wonderful room with a nice little balcony which we have been able to really enjoy as on the first evening it was too late to get set to eat at the hotel and we had no great intentions of going somewhere else. So I organized us a bit...

I've been agonizing about this review since we returned from France a week ago. We were expecting to absolutely adore this place and planned our trip so that we could end here relaxing for four days exploring Provence in the morning and hanging out by the pool in the afternoon. It turned out that the fires around Marseilles (where we...

Adorable hotel in middle of small village. Room was well appointed with both window screens and AC. Nicely appointed room and welcoming lobby and pool/garden area. Has masseuse/beautician on call & we were able to use her with little notice. Several nice restaurants within walking distance and quaint village. Breakfast (18€) and parking (15€) seem high for such a small...

Our room was very clean, beds comfortable and the view from our terrace over the Provençal scenery was beautiful. The breakfast is a corporate continental standard offer and pricey at €18 each so probably better to pop into the town and have something there for at least half the price. The staff were very helpful and carried our luggage all...

Lovely comfortable accommodation - stylishly decorated throughout. Very nice pool area, although quite small. Nice breakfast but a bit expensive for the options available. Can park nearby so no need to pay for parking. Had a very nice evening meal at the reastaurant one night. Fontvielle is well located for visits to Arles and Avignon.

This hotel was very beautiful with many high end amenities. The bedroom was huge and the bath as well. Our room looked over the garden and pool providing a wonderful view. The hotel is in easy walking distance to town which we found to be charming. We ate dinner at a local restaurant - La Cusine. The staff was very...

First the good: the place is beautiful, full of flowers and very charming. The staff is also very king. Garden, pool and hot tub (24h) are also good. The juices offered in the room are of very high quality, and so is the food, although the choice is limited. Now the bad, which are really only details: the shower gets...

This is a pleasant hotel but whether it is pleasant enough to justify it describing itself as a small luxury hotel is another matter. It is certainly pricey enough, or at least our Prestige room was. There were a few too many things not quite right or charged at an annoying level for my liking. Parking at 15 euros a...
