We chose this hotel as a 2 night stop en route to the west coast. We found the whole experience excellent. Our room was in the main chateau - very large with lovely furnishings and a great view over the grounds. It had lots of character, high ceilings and period features and was very comfortable. The best surprise was the...

We visited with a group of six on our way south from Paris for one night unfortunately, several nights would have been better. To begin with the old Chateau is beautiful and is set in lovely gardens with spacious rooms for relaxing or enjoying a drink before dinner. The accommodation is provided in a separate building which I was advised...

A very comfortable stopover on our return from the South of France. Relaxed by the pool with towels supplied before a lovely meal in the restaurant. An extensive wine list as you might expect but reasonable prices. The staff are all very accommodating and helpful.

We stayed one night, 2 families with one dog and 3 girls (5,8,10) between us. Rooms very comfortable, excellent aircon and good coffee maker (not enough sachets though). The restaurant was excellent and catered well for the kids. Service was pretty good considering there were 2 weddings and one birthday party being held in the hotel that night. Having said...

We spent one night here as a stopover on the way south. The family room was in a modern extension to the main chateau and was very well appointed. Comfortable beds with fresh cotton bedding, nice modern bathroom and plenty of space for the five of us. Motorised blinds kept out the light and meant we all had a great...

When travelling back to The Netherlands, we stayed one night in this hotel. It is very nice located, not easy to find, but once you do, you're relieved :) Good restaurant (finally!) and clean luxurious rooms. Good value for money!

Used the hotel as a stop-over on a long trip from South-West France to Caen. The family room was spatious, hotel staff pleasant and ready to help, and the food served at dinner and breakfast of very high quality. The service at dinner was somehow slow and slightly chaotic, everybody getting their dishes at different times. Two of us have...

I had a business diner there and not only the place was incredible, the 3 course meal we had was fantastic!! The waiters were very attentive! It's only a pity we could not book the hotel for the rest of our stay in Chasseneuil. The garden was beautiful and peaceful, summer evening there must be a delight.

Nice garden where you can play "boules" a French game . Nice pool in a relaxing atmosphere Nice terrasse to have drinks outside Visited this hotel with my kids to be 5 minutes away from "Futuroscope" - a French attraction park based on science . The location was perfect . There is a free parking and wifi. Our bedroom was...
