The apartment has no closets or hangers to store your clothes, we had to keep clothes in our suitcases, the sauna and Jacuzzi did not work, the breakfast was very bad, there is not enough place for all the guests so you have to wait to eat, there is also not enough food and utensils for everybody, we had to...

Lovely stuff. Rooms where clean. I had some problems with bathroom and the apartment stuff solve the problem immediately. I had jacuzzi and nice wellness within the apartment. It is not the best apartment in the world but for I think that this is the best value for money in the St. Martin . The apartment was big enough for...

This apartment was next to the Croatian equivalent of Centre Parks These a newly built apartment, very spacious and clean. A variety of sizes and amenities. We had a ground floor apartment with small sunny terrace. Very large comfortable lounge with corner sofa and flat screen tv. Small kitchen areas and a Jacuzzi bath. We booked last minute on route...

Definitely far from luxury, as already mentioned. We were looking forward to jacuzzi bathtub which turned out to be dirty and probably not even functioning, so we just used it as a shower. There was a glass wall between bathroom and bedroom with a brown curtain and that brown curtain was also dirty (it would drip brown liquid if it...

Location good, apartment doesn't have enough furniture, walls in this time of year damp. They offer new wellness centre (sauna & jacuzzi) but everything is still unfinished, people are still working in jacuzzi, sauna maybe works but shower is without warm water. No hangers in apartment's hall for jackets etc. After pools in hotel nearby no place to dry swimming...

We spent 3 weekend days in apartmani Lapaž and yes I can tell everything besto for it. It is 4 star place, you have your privacy in own apartment more than in hotel if you are with kids. Apartments are near a termal bath so you just lend in front of pools with termal wtaher if there is what you...

Location of the appartments is great, 5 min from the spa. We also got the tickets to the spa. There are also some great wine cellars around (like Hažić), where you can taste wine in a great suroundings from wineyards. The breakfast room is a bit unconvinient, about 10 min walking away. The restaurant is closed on Mondays, so they...

This place is advertised as "luxury", but it is far from that if you don't count massage bathtub so don't be deceived. The furniture in the kitchen and in the sleeping rooms is really budget quality as well as cuttlery for instance. Our apartment was still not finished, there was no air condition and in the bathroom you could almost...

The apartment is not so catastrophic (it is clean, that is best I can say about it) although it looks a bit cheap but organization, reception etc is below any criteria. When we arrived we need to rang on several doors, call few numbers to get any response... After we entered the apartment it was freezing and the heating was...

We would not recommend thid apartman to rent, not even for one night. It's too expensive for what it offers. It was not clena very much, a lot of dust covering the floor and furniture, bed was creepy, it crunched a lot, and it was not double bed, it was two single beds one by another. Bath tube in bathoroom...

“Emphasize, emphasize and emphasize WHAT exactly is it that you want when you book a room. Otherwise you won't get what you ask for! Higher floors are recommended as well as apartments with a bathtub (not all have them).”
