This is a belated review, as we have stayed in HLS end of July 2016. We felt very welcomed from the moment we entered the property. The lovely hosts, Steve and Sophie went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable at their property from booking the best restaurants in the area to sharing with us their wealth of...

I'm honestly confused by all the 5 out of 5 reviews for this place. On the plus side, the suite we booked was a good size, and the bathroom was nice enough. The owners had also clearly put some effort into decorating the place with an eclectic/ quirky/modern mix of pictures and decorations. On the negative side, the mattress on...

For you information, - mattress and sheets are new - it's pedestrian street. I'm also going to seem your stay : - your are the most demanding and difficult customers in 2015 and 2016. As you noticed yourself in your comment, you feedback is not in line with other comments. Thant we've received so far. There is effectively a problem....

The town of V-les-A is positioned perfectly: short drive from busy Avignon, quiet and still having multiple historical attractions. Location makes it easy to access many Provence destinations. What makes this town even better is La Suite. Steve and Sophie went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I have never had better hosts. The room was perfect,...

The hotel is located right across from La Chartreuse. It's in a lovely town and very quiet. We felt perfectly safe walking around at night, but there isn't a whole lot to do. However, Avignon is a 20 minute walk away or a 2 min bus ride for 1.30 euro, and it's a great home base for exploring Provenance. We...

The hotel couldn't be better placed. Villeneuve-Les-Avignon is historic, cosy, tranquil and close to some of the best places in Provence such as Vallée du Luberon and of course also to Avignon. Us going to Hotel la Suite 5 times tells the story. Beautiful hotel with good facilities. And probably the best is the couple that runs it. Sophie and...

We stayed for 5 nights in Hotel La Suite and had a fantastic stay. Hosts Steve and Sophie were so kind and helpful, and made us feel at home. Steve helped with restaurant recommendations and bookings which was really handy, as we explored the best that Villeneuve-les-avignon and Avignon had to offer. Steve and Sophie have created a hotel that...

On arrival our hosts were most helpful. Due to the one way system, we were given personal concierge guidance to ensure we could unload our luggage from the hotel frontage, as well as navigate to the very ample & secure car parking at the rear of the hotel. From the outset, our experience at Hotel La'Suite proved to be nothing...

My wife and I spent one night at Hotel La Suite. It is tiny, but really cute. It is family run with art work by the owner all over. No one was fluent in English but with minimum effort everyone understood us and we understood them. There is a nice pool and green area behind the hotel. The neighborhood is...

A quiet place where you can hear the birds sing and little else will disturb you. Villeneuve is a medieval village just across the Rhone river from Avignon (the 10 minutes bus ride costs only € 1,30) where the famous bridge of Avignon originally ended (at the Tower of Philip le Bel). During the pope's reign in Avignon many of...

I am completely bemused by the negative comment on this beautiful hotel. Steve and Sophie are the most engaging couple and we felt privileged to be part of what basically is an extension of their home - and what a home it is. Rooms full of original artwork, stylish furnishings, beautiful colours and every attention to detail made it a...
