I stayed here over halloween weekend for a fun night away, dont get many saturdays off and was really looking foward to it. We travelled down as a party of five and as soon as we approached the front desk we realised that bookin her was a mistake after already payin for our room we were then told we had...

Thanks for your comments, I'm sorry your experience at YHA Manorbier didn't meet your expectations. As I mentioned at reception the vast majority our customers are families with young children, that is why we state that we are not a suitable location for Stag and Hen groups. In the past we have had a few other groups of young people...

Overall this was a very good short break enabling us to walk the coastal path both ways from the hostel. The facilities we had for self catering were at this time of the year were adequate however during peak holiday times it could be interesting.

Thanks for your review, glad to hear you had a good break. Obviously we are busy during the summer holidays but the facilities do seem able to cope, there are three self catering kitchens, I'm not sure if you discovered them all when you were here? Hope to see you again sometime.

Good location, 15 minute drive from Tenby. Good self catering kitchen. Lovely beach, shrinkle haven, a few hundred metres away, but accessed down lots of steps. Available only when tide is on the way out. . Loved this beach. We liked to go out to Tenby early evening and spend time around this lovely little town. The wooden cabins look...

Thanks for your review, yes there are quite a few steps back up from the beach but we think it is worth it for the stunning coastline. It sounds like you stayed in the Hostel, if you want to come back and stay in the camping pods we would love to welcome you here again.

First time at a hostel and was extremely surprised and impressed how clean and comfortable the accommodation was. Hot showers drying area for wet gear and clean comfortable bedding, Hot freshly cooked breakfast. Great for all but especially good value for a single traveller who is happy to share a room.

Manorbier YHA is in a great location, good for coastal walks, reachable by bike, car or on foot. Beautiful countryside, unforgettable views, modern facilities, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Stayed in one of the pods with 4 adults. Sufficient for sleeping. Would love to come back on a sunny summer's weekend. The walk from the Youth Hostel to Manorbier castle...

I was booked into this accommodation as part of a surfing weekend organised by a local firm. This hostel was refurbished recently and it is modern and airy. The beds are comfortable and warm. There is wifi, kitchen. inside and outside dining areas, washing & drying room and a number of other facilities but I didn't use them all. I...

Thanks for your lovely review, glad you enjoyed your stay and thanks for taking time to leave feedback that might be useful to other customers. During peak season there might be a short wait for a shower to become available at certain times of day but this isn't common.

We booked one of the camping pods for a week and had a very comfortable stay. The facilities were very good: clean and modern showers and toilets and a spacious self-catering kitchen. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hostel is right next to a beautiful little beach on the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastal path.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Pembrokeshire then this is a great option. It is great for walking on the coastal path and Church Doors beach is 5 minutes' walk away. The steps down, although well-constructed, are pretty steep but it is worth it. If you are adventurous, you can scramble through the cliff to the neighbouring Skrinkle...

Thanks for your review, and we are glad you had a chance to explore our stunning coastline. I'm glad the pods protected you from the rather stormy weather this last weekend. That was the first time this season we have had such strong winds, and the weather has improved again now. The pods can be cheaper if you stay outside...

Location was perfect! Beaches close by and a pub was a short walk away. Provided gorgeous views and a delightful nights sleep. Beds were hard, but some like this. Bedrooms are basic, but comfortable. Breakfast option was great and there are full kitchen facilities for people to prepare their own food. You can also purchase an evening meal option. Staff...

A lovely hostel that is everything you could ask for and more. One word of warning, it is a good walk from Manorbier village itself, maybe two miles uphill, with Manorbier village being about 3 miles from its railway station. So for the public transport traveller like myself I'd recommend getting off the train in Tenby and bussing it from...

Thanks for your review we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Good advice about the public transport. We always recommend the bus from Tenby option, it goes every hour until 6.13pm, but no service on Sunday.
