There are two extreme pros and cons hence my rating Pro: beautiful hotel, well maintained, very generous breakfast which included fresh pressed oranges on demand, staff are amazing. Cons: no instructions on how to use the safe, bathroom not suitable for seniors, can’t figure out how to get hot from cold water on tap, shower water spreads everywhere. Last but not least is we were told we will have access to two swimming pools whereas the big one wasn’t available ( misinformation???)
Excellent 4 star hotel at a reasonable price in April when booked direct. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean, spacious and full of nice decor. It is very close to the Bianca beach and only a short drive to the marina, full of excellent restaurants. There are two pools, one heated to 29 degrees even in April, and there are padded sun beds. This hotel was a real find, and we highly recommend it.
The hotel is nicely decorated in a holiday/beach mood. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach is a couple minutes walk away and you can chose between private or public beach. We had breakfast (excellent buffet sweet and savoury with home made pastries) and dinner (a very generous grilled fish parrilladas). you can have breakfast and dinner on the outside terrace, which is very pleasant.
We managed to squeeze a short break in for 4 nights in Cap d'Agde and booked the Capao Beach hotel. It is 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach and is a lovely hotel to stay in. Staff are very friendly and we felt welcome and relaxed immediately on arrival. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and a nice touch of complimentary water bottle was vey thoughtful. One thing that was missing was some shampoo / conditioner, there is shower gel which doubles up as shampoo but it is worth taking your own. The food at the hotel is fantastic!! Amazing seafood platters, fresh fish and a wonderful charcutterie board to nibble at while having afternoon apero. The pool was lovely, and the hotel was quiet but that might have been because of the current restrictions on travel. I imagine it can get quite busy in peak Summer. We would definitely stay here again, we had an amazing time! …
This hotel is in a convenient position, five minutes walk to the beach, five minutes to Acqualand and a pleasant 20 minutes stroll to the main town and marina. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and well equipped. There are two swimming pools with comfortable sun beds, fresh beach towels supplied every day. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel bar pleasant with nice outside seating. Continental breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again.
